Calling critics "brokers" won't hide the facts: state pension funds bought KPC shares at IPO prices, then sold them to Dangote with no real margin after costs. Why was the share price artificially suppressed until the takeover? That’s a rigged deal, not a free market.
The gaslighting from the regime over KPC is insane. Nobody is complaining about foreign investment. We are asking why the state artificially suppressed share valuations so a billionaire could acquire a 25% stake at a throwaway price. Don't twist accountability into "noise".
Ruto is missing the point of the KPC controversy. Nobody is questioning why Dangote bought the shares the real question is why state pension schemes held share prices flat until he swept in to buy them at a discount. Stop using PR to cover up market manipulation and asset dumping
