I met these three generations of women close to the epicentre in Kahramanmaraş where Turkish @RedCrescent is providing food and psychosocial support at a temporary shelter.
Coming from Ankara, Tuba rushed to the impacted region in Turkiye to help.
"It's the feeling of unity, this is why I volunteer. We are in this together. We want to help."
Tuba is one of 4,000 volunteers across the affected area providing warm food to 31.3 million hot meals to people affected.
I met Tuba, a volunteer with the Turkish @RedCrescent in Osmaniye.
The city is one of many impacted by the two earthquakes last Monday. Many are living in temporary shelters until they figure out their next steps.

Arrived in Turkiye, “home away from home” under heartbreaking circumstances after 2 devastating earthquakes.
As @ifrc, we are working along side the Turkish @RedCrescent who are helping people with food, blood supply to hospitals, first aid, psychosocial support & other relief.
