Either one. The ones on McDonald’s breakfast menu are always called hotcakes in the US

Happens a lot more than you think. I know a kissaten in tokyo. Not gonna say where. My boss always wanted to go there for meetings cuz it was close by his place and he could smoke in there. He always paid my bill, but I still won’t go back food was ok at best. The staff was really old. Usually forgot to bring a lot of what you ordered (despite writing it down). Ok they are really old, fine. First few times I went there I thought the place was kinda dirty, but it’s for a meeting i can deal. Then I saw a roach. Then the next time I saw a roach. One more(final time) I saw a roach. Told my boss I will not go there again. Terrible place. They get a ton of foreigners. It’s kinda dirty but it has a very cool vintage aesthetic which draws them I guess. Terrible. I’ve had other bad experiences with local shops as well, but that’s one of the worst

You mentioned tokyo. Then you mentioned Roppongi, which is in tokyo… I’ve lived in tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and Fukuoka… Fukuoka is nice to visit for a few days. Boring place to live

Yokohama is awesome. Second on my list of places I want to be living in in Japan(tokyo is #1). I say that as someone who currently lives in Osaka…

Race tickets are one of the things that have gone up the least with inflation from what I’ve seen. Paying the same or slightly more for most short track touring series races I’ve gone to

It would be harder to get away with it in Japan in my opinion

I’d imagine it’s nothing compared to India, but tokyo, if you go at the right time (usually late night), to the right place (trash piles in large downtown areas), you can see a shocking amount of rats.

That could be, although especially here in Japan, if it didn’t match, they’d get reported quickly

Is that supposed to be good? Even not counting time procuring the item, listing, packing and shipping it, there is the risk of the buyer filing for a return (whether there is legitimately something wrong with the item or not). All of that for a $15 profit, hardly worth it… I sell stuff on eBay and wouldn’t consider that item…

Tried the Halloween limited edition Mac & Cheeseburger. It wasn’t great. Didn’t even taste all that cheesy, more of a slightly spicy sauce taste on it than cheese. 2500yen ($15.84 USD) (Included drink not pictured) #USJ #ユニバ #universalstudios
