We are a generation of mothers with tramp stamps. We know how it ends.
My Instagram messages are not working - I keep getting the same notifications over and over, if I send anything it disappears for me, and I haven’t got new messages since 8am yesterday. Bah!

My kid has figured out that if they ask me to do something that isn’t urgent it will probably take me 15 minutes to get to it, but if they say they’re ‘just going to do it themselves’ I will run over immediately to make sure they are doing it right.

People are soooo obsessed with screen time nowadays, meanwhile back in the 90s my family’s tradition was to watch TV immediately after dinner for a minimum of three hours every single day.
