He was partying with a woman (not his wife), and two US fugitives from justice. The fugitives were wanted for federal healthcare fraud - allegedly embezzling $15M from a Chicago hospital. One of them was charged with receiving at least $195M from the US for fraudulent Covid-19 tests. The men donated $190K to their party-buddy Paxton, $25K being donated to him after he got indicted.
