It's about being aware of those thoughts
You are not your mind, or the body, you are the awareness of the mind and body
Meditate to observe your thoughts. Note them, and then let them go
Just moved Boston to Tahoe… sometimes when I fly I fast
It’s easier to just make the decision ahead of time, there’s nothing good that will come from an airport or airplane
