नवी मुंबईच्या पामबीचवरील सायकल ट्रॅक सुरूवातीपासून केवळ पैशाची उधळपट्टी करण्यासाठी हाती घेतलेला प्रकल्प आहे. अत्यंत धीम्या गतीने सुरू असलेलं काम आणि हायकोर्टाची परवानगी नसताना ११.५८ कोटींचा खर्च नेमका कशासाठी याचं उत्तर कधीच मिळणार नाही. महानगरपालिकेचा हा मनमानी कारभार आहे.
