So here's what happened in today's Stupid Olympics. There are two people named Dana White. One is President and CEO of the UFC The other is Dana W. White, who served as the Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs and Chief Pentagon Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Defense under Secretary James Mattis Their pictures are below. He's the white guy. She's the Black woman. I'll call them UFC Dana and DOD Dana to make it easier for you. Suzie Wiles, shortly before being replaced by Count Stephen Miller, advised Trump that his new Press Secretary should be Dana White. And Trump in all his finite wisdom, immediately assumed the UFC Dana, who has never done anything to prepare him for press secretary, and not DOD Dana, whose entire career has been in preparation for that. Now you might be saying, "Kelly, not everyone knows about DOD Dana. It's an honest mistake." But he's NOT just "everyone." He's the President of the United States. And this is a man whose administration has been firing Black people, women, trans people, and so on, insisting that none of them got their job based on merit. And then he's going to name someone completely unqualified to be Press Secretary because the President is a fan of the UFC. And he didn't even think to ask anyone. It never even occurred to him to ponder whether UFC Dana is the person he should pick as Press Secretary. Stupid and incurious are a dangerous combination, and this man is both of those things. And that got me to thinking about the two Dan Sullivan in Alaska. And I get it now. The man who is too stupid to know the difference between two Dana Whites thinks Alaskans are too stupid to know the difference between two Dan Sullivans.

Trump is turning the U.S. into a banana republic once and for all. Trump has suggested that UFC President Dana White should take on the role of White House Press Secretary. Furthermore, he named six MMA fighters he would like to have on his team. Among them are the Russians Islam Makhachev and Khabib Nurmagomedov, as well as Justin Gaethje, Daniel Cormier, Amanda Nunes, and Kayla Harrison. According to Trump, these athletes are intended to help defend the U.S. against the "crazed Left."

In today’s Vatnik Soup, we introduce Walter Duranty, a British-born journalist. He’s best known for winning a Pulitzer Prize for his Soviet reporting, and for denying the Holodomor while millions of Ukrainians starved. 1/10

Posting this and appointing Stephen Miller as White House chief of staff send one clear message: Trump hasn’t learned a thing from the Republicans’ midterm wipeout. He’s doubling down on the very policies and rhetoric that so many Americans rejected. He’s not interested in working across the aisle or getting anything done. Keep this up, and Republicans will lose in 2028

Wow.
Liberals are so weak minded and brainwashed that they’re going to be converting to islam in droves - after fighting against Christianity decades. They’re going to ignore 1400 years of conquests, colonization, oppression, rape, torture, slavery, famine & genocide to cosplay as muslims, “because Trump” These cartoonish retards are about to usher in the caliphates conquest in overtime - out of pure self righteous, virtue signaling ignorance Liberals: you people are literally the stupidest and most indoctrinated humans in American history. Holy shit you people are retarded.

The Muslim Brotherhood is literally the womb from which all Islamic terrorist organizations of the last 100 years have emerged. But yes, sure, keep deceiving the American people, you POS, just like you did when you claimed that Sharia is like Christian canon law.

In the 1930s, Churchill stood in the House of Commons warning anyone who would listen about the rise of Hitler. He was mocked for it. Called a warmonger, a relic, a man who could not let go of the last war. The fashionable position was appeasement, and Neville Chamberlain's return from Munich in 1938, waving that piece of paper, was greeted as a triumph. Within a year, Poland was invaded. Within two, France had fallen. Within five, most of Europe was rubble. The lesson should have been carved in stone: leaders who tell comforting lies about dangerous men cost ordinary people their lives. And yet. History keeps running the same experiment. The Weimar Republic collapsed because its politicians could not agree on anything except that the extremists were someone else's problem. The Roman Republic fell because its elite treated the constitution as an inconvenience whenever it got in the way of ambition. The Soviet Union crumbled because the men at the top kept insisting the system was working long after everyone inside it had stopped believing. Every one of those collapses looked impossible until the week it happened. Right now the European Union is being written about in those same terms. Economic strain, political fracture, member states pulling in different directions, public trust bleeding out. Whether it holds or breaks is for the people living through it to decide. Churchill's line about animals was not really about animals. It was an observation about memory. A wolf pack learns. A herd of elephants remembers which watering holes turned deadly and avoids them for generations. Humans write it all down, build libraries, teach it in schools, and then elect the same kind of man their grandparents warned them about. He'd seen it in his own lifetime, more than once. The records are there. The warnings are there. The pattern is there.

While Ukraine is doing NATO’s only job, alone, Trump is trying to sell out Rutte and the organization to Putin for a few bucks. Pretending this isn’t happening is not an effective way of preventing it from happening. Call things what they are.
NATO chief Mark Rutte: I sent Trump a short message the day after the midterms saying: “Keep your chin up, and we carry on.” Absolutely pathetic

Nothing to see here. Just Trump appointing his own Joseph Goebbels as Chief of Staff. Put Stephen Miller beside the original Nazi propaganda minister and the resemblance is uncanny. If this isn't a five-alarm warning, what the fuck is?
