My perspective on being a pain patient in the USA.
We are guinea pigs to sadists.
Their business model is: “Have theory, test on patients”.
But I’m sure it’s all about to change thanks to this election.
I predict that the politician who improves comprehensive pain management will get support from the 1/3 of the country that was personally affected, plus their families. Just need one to put people first.

The pain vote made a difference in Texas. You cannot rip away pain medications, and criminalize replacement medications. The #paincarecrisis is huge. Over half of veteran suicides involve untreated pain. We all have a right to save ourselves. It’s time to uncensor pain. #save7oh

Politicians: “Great candidates!”
Voters 6m ago: “Bad candidate. They’ll lose, they aren’t popular here.”
Politicians: “They’re so great!”
Politicians Today: “I guess they were bad candidates”
Voters:
Right or wrong, valid or not, people had concerns. Dismissing/ignoring concerns or simply saying “you’re wrong” is no way to win. They should have listened to their constituents, not their Washington fan club. ZERO shock that Kansas went blue.

Governors, state legislatures, local offices, and ballot measures are all on the line. Especially important, the races that shape daily life the most (taxes, roads, schools, healthcare access, and local rules).

That mess is a result of local/state elections. Only 0.1% of elected officials are federal.
That means 99.9% are state & local, i.e. school boards, city councils, sheriffs, DAs, county commissioners, township trustees, special districts, elected judges.

I was late watching PGU today. Jeffy gave a brief update that Keith can breath on his own. The Drs felt he would need the ventilator longer. REJOICE! Thank you Jesus, we are grateful for your healing steps in the process of Keith’s full recovery. Amen
