He applied for the Kent State job, "maybe the worst job in America." He didn't get it. "I said, I'll never be a head coach." He almost never does podcasts. His daughter talked him into this one. Here's what he told them: 1. "I wanted them to be selfish, self-absorbed, and ambitious. Those things may sound horrible." 2. "I didn't want them to be self-indulgent where they put themselves in front of everybody else." 3. "How's this kind of behavior going to help you accomplish the goal that you have?" 4.
