There are many of us out here watching how and if this will be ever be handled appropriately. Alexander Zabel, Jr. (Criminal Network on both X and YouTube) has been running rampant across these platforms, threatening people via your apps, calling people's families dozens of times per day, etc.
This is WAAAAAAY beyond unacceptable!
I will pray that this does not become one of those unfortunately circumstances where we hear things like "we just didn't see the signs - we will learn from this and do better in the future to protect the user community."
Well, here is your opportunity to do just that.

I want you to read this message from Alexander Zabel Jr., the creator behind the YouTube channel CriminalNetwork.
In a single message sent at 2:46 AM, he:
• Calls another creator worthless and uses racial, disability, and anti-trans slurs.
• Accuses that creator of being a child predator and threatens to spread that accusation to others.
• Mocks the creator over YouTube strikes and warnings.
• Tells the creator that their mother should have aborted them.
• Offers to send them money for a rope, explicitly suggesting they make a noose and end their life.
• Attacks the creator’s family with additional hateful language.
Let that sink in.
A YouTube creator is sending messages encouraging another human being to take their own life while simultaneously taunting them about YouTube enforcement actions.
And this is not the only disturbing communication I’ve documented.
At criminalnetworx.com, I have compiled voicemails left by Alexander Zabel Jr. targeting other YouTube creators.
The public deserves to hear what is being said behind the scenes.

There is a difference between criticism, heated disagreements, and outright harassment.
Telling someone to end their life, attacking their family, and threatening to spread devastating accusations crosses that line.
.@YouTubeCreators and @GoogleAds , I’m asking you to review this evidence and the conduct associated with this channel.
Creators should be able to disagree, criticize one another, and exercise their right to free expression without being subjected to this kind of intimidation.

So, weirdly, this doesn't have the right case number format.
A search of all Arizona district cases filed October 29th-31st, 2026 does not appear to show this case.
The usual format would be something like 1-26-cv-012345 as opposed to the way it is on the sticker.
And the letters would be the initials of the assigned magistrate/judge. So the PHX would be someone with those initials, but I can't find anyone with an X last name.
Nor does any result come up for a "Filipczuk".
I have some questions here.

The doorbell cam spots a UPS driver, a speaker starts playing his song, and there's a snack basket waiting. The man dances his way up the walk and grabs a snack.
This is the other side of every prank video. Same camera, same porch, and nobody gets used for clout. You just make the best stop on a long route.
These drivers are hauling Christmas to every house in Colorado for the next two months. Leave a water and a granola bar out. It costs you a couple bucks.
My wife and I have two little helpers who would happily run that snack basket.
