Less than an hour after our @LawyersComm team left court following oral argument this evening, a judge issued an order permanently blocking Georgia’s infamous hand-count rule. Good riddance!

The policy, adopted by a hyper-partisan majority of the GA State Election Board, would have required every vote cast by millions of voters to be counted BY HAND on Election Day. That would have ground democracy to a halt at a critical point in the election certification process.
