Jerry Seinfeld reveals his four favorite Seinfeld episodes of all time.
Jerry Seinfeld: “Okay, my four, not in chronological order. And I actually gave this a little thought.”
Host: “Wow. Did you do a little work? What thoughts did you give it?”
Jerry Seinfeld: “I gave it some thought.”
Host: “Did you watch any?”
Jerry Seinfeld: “No, I don’t need to watch it. I did them. I was there.”
“The Contest. The Soup Nazi. The Merv Griffin Show, because I love that premise. And the Marine Biologist.”
Host: “Wow. Do you want to go over how those came to be?”
Jerry Seinfeld: “The Contest doesn’t require an explanation. The Soup Nazi doesn’t either. Just the idea of the word ‘Nazi’ in the episode, it’s a Jewish show. It was just such a great, fun thing to do.”
“The Marine Biologist, that was the best story tie-in finish to an episode we ever did. Jason’s speech at the end makes that.”
Larry David: “Yeah, that’s true.”
Jerry Seinfeld: “And the Merv Griffin Show, because Kramer finds the Merv Griffin set in a dumpster and sets it up in his apartment. So just based on that one sentence, enough said.”
“They’re all high-concept shows.”
“I toyed with The Boyfriend and The Merv Griffin Show. I kind of went back and forth because I really liked The Boyfriend.”
Host: “Yo, that’s a penalty. You can’t mention the fifth one. You can only say what you said.”
Jerry Seinfeld: “I’m just conversing. It’s a podcast.”
#IPlayRocky is a beautiful, heartfelt film that really got to me. Anthony Ippolito is terrific as Stallone. I think audiences are going to love it, and it deserves real awards attention. It reminded me why I fell in love with movies in the first place. I left feeling inspired. I loved it.

TV syndication wasn’t just a business model. It was a cultural bridge between generations. I grew up watching Laurel and Hardy, The Three Stooges, Mission: Impossible, and Gilligan’s Island. They were all from before my time, yet they helped shape me. I miss that.

I have spoken out against anti-Muslim hate in the Michigan Senate race. I will speak out just as loudly when the target is Jewish people.
Let me state a little-known fact: ISRAEL GETS LESS THAN 0.1 PERCENT OF THE FEDERAL BUDGET. That’s less than one tenth of a percent!
But there is an ad running that tells voters they can’t afford groceries because the United States gives so much money to Israel. In reality, the United States spends money in and on countries all around the world – but this ad singles out the Jewish state. The ad is as dangerous as it is dishonest.
You can disagree with how the United States spends money abroad. But telling hungry families that the Jewish state is the reason they are suffering is wrong and shameful.
Blaming Jews for people’s problems is an old story. Anybody who has read the last century of history knows where it leads. It is a dark pathway.
This ad is anti-Jewish hate and should come down immediately. Abdul El-Sayed should denounce it today.

'Last Night In Soho' turns 5 this week. I'll post some behind the scenes photos in the next few days. But enjoy this breakdown of the 'Cafe De Paris' dance sequence with Anya Taylor Joy, Thomasin McKenzie and Matt Smith, choreographed by the great Jennifer White. Too many amazing people worked on this film with me, and there are sequences (like this) that I'm insanely proud of. Shoutouts to Marcus Rowland for this incredible set, the genius DOP Chung-Hoon Chung, our amazing VFX supervisor Tom Proctor and, in this scene especially, the magnificent camera operator Chris Bain. Enjoy and more soon! @lastnightinsohomovie @focusfeatures @FictionComplete @workingtitlefilms

#AliGWhoIzI is as genius as expected. No one like @SachaBaronCohen
Loved #Clayface! The acting is incredible, and the grotesque, skin-crawling body horror is like watching a train wreck you can’t look away from. It’s amazing how they made such a difficult villain feel so real and grounded, turning all that horror into a devastating tragedy.
Best combo!
