What application scenarios are you aiming for? Wouldn’t it be better to attempt to prevent the problem by prompt engineering, i.e., asking the LLM to describe person entities in a certain standardized manner? Or does the application scenario not allow this?
Funny, this is a known problem with human-generated content and now LLMs, supposedly there to assist us, present us with the same problem.
