I’m about 5 hours into The Blood of DAWNWALKER & it’s opening is really good, now that I’m in the open world it’s interesting but I gotta be real the time limit is not good imo at all It’s like there’s a very good game here but this time limit idea just makes everything feel ephemeral to do besides major things. Like why would I spend any of my precious time saving some merchant? And why does levelling up waste time? As in putting in skills I mean, such a bizarre idea to implement. Combat is fine, albeit repetitive so far however the writing & characters are easily the best part. It’s like there’s a very good game in here but this time limit idea just, well, limits what I can or can’t do. 30 days just seems lame honestly. I’m on day 4 right now at level 12 & I feel like I’m going through the motions already. I think Rebel Wolves needs to implement NG+ to incentivize future runs or if they get a sequel game in the future, drop the time limit idea entirely. It’s a blight on an otherwise pretty good game. I’ll keep going but so far, yeah the time limit is not my cup of tea at all. Coen is a decent hero tho so far
