The goal is to design, make and test a whole new chip in about a month instead of the usual year. His reasoning: iterate an order of magnitude faster and you advance about an order of magnitude faster.
I think that speed matters more in AI chips than any single design.

This is how you can tell that the state thinks it’s better than you.
The state can have a casino. You cannot
The state can run a lottery. You cannot.

🚨#BREAKING: Russell Brand has been found GUILTY of RAPE.
A jury at London's Southwark Crown Court convicted him today of ONE count of rape and THREE counts of sexual assault.
He was found NOT GUILTY on two other rape counts and one count of attempted indecent assault.
The judge told Brand to expect a "significant custodial term."
He was REMANDED IN CUSTODY on the spot.
Sentencing is set for Monday.
Six women accused Brand of offenses between 1999 and 2009, when he was one of Britain's biggest stars.
They have a lifelong right to anonymity.
Brand denied every charge, saying the encounters were consensual.
The jury deliberated for two days.
