🇷🇺The Evil Empire has been evil for a loooong, long time. Country not wrecked yet? Maybe YOU need to invite Russkii Mir ("Russia World") to visit YOU?
This is why the world hates russia 👇

Further pursuant to the Ethan Klein scandal which now has my attention because the Cornell 7 is so stupid and boring: For Mr. Klein's wife: How could it take you 6 months to work out - not that your husband was having an affair, but that it was with a women in your (small) office who often came to your house (apparently) and you knew well? I can't imagine a married woman who --wouldn't--suspect that --something-- is at least a tad askew there. Could it be a setup for clicks? Fiction? Or just useless people? Thoughts?

The Klein Nuisances. I've only recently learned about "Ethan Klein" and his podcast, H2? Because it's probably very stupid. Apparently he's popular AND in quite a spot of bother for screwing his employee - to his wife's consternation esp given he made a BIG DEAL about "commitment." Typical. From the few snippets I've seen I'm glad I'm unfamiliar with him or his domestic "funny business." That said: What kind of people --publicize-- those painful moments in their lives or marriages? D.A. *Note: This isn't the NY Times Ethan Kline who is the biggest conman, (one of) the most obnoxious columnists at that rag. He's the Worst: turns against woke after being the Pol Pot of woke for MANY years when the wind changes.

Now THAT'S why I keep lobbying you to come to New York. We have some of the shittiest hotels in the world! You'll be infested, freezing or boiling, yelled at, and not be able to sleep for all the sirens. All for $400 a night. Then there's the local fauna, the crazies. Don't miss their feeding time at a dumpster near where you'll stay for sure. What more could a girl want? I'll see you soon OK? best, D.A. NYC 🗽
I’m in Albuquerque and for some reason I often have bad luck when traveling, especially with hotels. This time the toilet is broken, the heater is blowing cold, and the didn’t change the sheets! 🥶

Oh, I love extremophiles! I hung out with some in college and I nearly converted to being an extremophile myself! But the bottom of the ocean, all the toxic gasses and volcanic vents... just not for me. I preferred Manhattan. Thanks, "Little Carmine"!
Animal of the Day: Pompeii Worm! Look at this fuzzy li’l extremophile! Wook at his cute widdle face!! They're among the most heat-tolerant animals ever discovered. Pompeii worms live in tubes attached to the walls of hydrothermal chimneys, where temperatures…

Oh wow that's so cool! If we can see how our brain interprets visual information we can understand how we make mistakes in politics and other subjects. 🇯🇵わあ、すごい!脳が視覚情報をどう解釈しているのかが分かれば、政治やその他の分野で私たちがなぜ間違いを犯してしまうのか、その理由を理解できるはずだ (Not a great translation but not no terrible.)

🇾🇪Goodness, Yemen (British Aden then) looks a lot like Lebanon in the sixties - right down to the Mercedes. The good old days in 🇱🇧Lebanon until the Palestinians and the Iranians ruined it. What ruined Yemen? Religion mainly.
Yemen in the 60s. Similar to Lebanon, Syria, Iran etc - cosmopolitan countries, potential paradises. What happened?

Very true (other)Mr. Anderson: right on point with my "Woke is just Christianity redux" (which gets me into hot water) Ugh! Robin-damn-DiAngelo is the high priestess of woke. I honestly thought she was some kinda parody when she came out: but she's REAL. of all horrors.🤮 Her "philosophy" is so BLATANTLY phony and immoral, wildly patronizing to all races. Who falls for her shit?
Taken from Robin DiAngelo's "Anti-racism handout", the below screed about "anti-racism" could have been written by the Catholic church with just the nouns changed.

I don't know why people have to drive to VT or Canada or Greenland to enjoy the changing foliage. We've got it all here! (Blows my Aussie friends' minds b/c the trees 🇦🇺there are evergreen not deciduous (sp?) so they look the same all year. Not here: I❤️NY (I've really got to get out more, Central Park particularly).

🪱More on parasites: In the 3rd world a billion people still have various kind of life sucking worms in their guts. But most of humanity - probably you - DON'T. Pres Carter was a hero for eradicating Guinea Worm. And malaria (a parasite) is "on the ropes" due to new (American) biotech. Those thoughts should make you happy today.😃 D 🇯🇵Parasite Museum, Meguro, Tokyo. A grim day out.

🇪🇹But I know this says "Ethiopian". Great Amharic script, apparently great airline (and certainly handsome livery). D. ኢትዮጵያዊ - doesn't that look cool to you? Like calligraphy in Japanese. @SleestakMack

🇪🇹🇰🇷As a language student, Korean is great, Hangul, but I think it'd be just like learning Japanese katakana. It would be pretty easy. It is an amazingly "efficient" script when you learn about it (I cant read it or speak any Korean). What I like most is Amharic and Geez. I think they look so cool. I don't know any. One day maybe.... but I don't know any Ethiopian people! 🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹🇪🇹

I am also surprised. The Economist is my favorite, less wrecked by woke and other modern retardations.
I'm shocked that The Economist was willing to publish this!

🧬🪱Since (briefly) being a med student in Australia I read a lot about medicine and evolutionary biology. One thing we don't appreciate in our current era is how much our ancestors were tormented and tortured by parasites. Life has three big threats: viruses, bacteria and parasites, each worse than the last. In most (civilized) places we've THANKFULLY! conquered parasites: we have no idea how much suffering we avoided. There's a great Parasite Museum in 🇯🇵Tokyo. Chilling. @NeurolawNerd @Escapewithemily

In advising a Wall St. company that I am still a close "friend of the firm" the best advice I gave them was to have office Christmas parties "spouses obligatory." On Wall St. these are pricey and snazzy affairs. Years before when I was a stockbroker the parties were "employees only" which was an invitation for trouble, lawsuits and all sorts of "funny business." But who is going to hit on their sexy coworkers when their wife is right there at the party? I enjoy my small wins in life. :-) D. current office, company's, not mine. --My-- "office" is this puppy sofa. You should SEE the lobby tho. (I'm a lobby guy).

Great one from the good doctor again. I don't know about France but here in NY when I investigate I notice the privilege and upper-middle class wealth of allies of "Palestine". I infiltrated some demos. (and usually women tbh). Orwell spoke of this in Wigan Pier from memory.
The typical far-left French protester, part 9. 🇫🇷

🍀🍁🪾Different season colorations was something that I never really appreciated growing up in Australia. Then I moved to Japan and here where I've enjoyed the changing of the seasons in the trees. Nowadays, I think it's weird that you can rarely tell what season it is by looking at photos of Australia. D.
I'm in the world's ugliest place in the worst weather but even here, the trees are resplendent with golden leaves or (as here) baubled with scarlet berries.
