This is 𝗣𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦! According to these draft rules, ANY animal from protected wildlife like our majestic tigers or lions to peacocks, our cows, and even our community dogs and cats outside our houses can be legally grabbed and thrown into laboratories for horrific experiments!
Who authorizes these experiments? For most not the government, but a
committee of people sitting on the payroll of the EXACT same laboratory! Zero independent oversight! Zero accountability!
These inhuman babus want to subject voiceless animals to extreme cruelty, repeated slicing without proper anesthesia, and destruction maybe to feed pharmaceutical lobbies and foreign pressures!
While the rest of the world is moving toward advanced AI and alternative non animal methods, we are institutionalizing barbarism!

Panchkula girl case important update:
On October 28, a 8 y/o boy brutally attacked a KG girl inside a government school in Panchkula, Hariyana. Now her doctor's video has surfaced. The doctor has found very dangerous disorders in the boy.
1) Oppositional Defiant Disorder -
In this, the child does not like to obey elders at all, is constantly angry, and deliberately harasses or attacks others.
2) Conduct Disorder - This disorder is more dangerous than ODD. In this children break rules without any fear cause physical harm to others and break things.
3) Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder - Children with ADHD are highly impulsive, they act without thinking. Hyperactivity and frustration can sometimes lead to sudden violent outbursts.
4) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder - If a child has witnessed domestic violence at home or has been subjected to any kind of abuse/trauma they may react violently due to fear and lack of security.
5) Bipolar Disorder - In this mood swings are very extreme in which the child can become violent during the manic phase.
All these disorders are not just an ordinary symptom. If a child has such disorders may end up as a drug addict or become a serial k!ller as he grow up.
I think, the principal, class teacher and his parents all of them are equally responsible for what happened to that little girl in Panchkula government school.
Why did they not notice the boy? It's not as if the child suddenly became violent that day. He must have been exhibiting unusual behavior beforehand as well.

#BREAKING: Bombay High Court slams BJP leaders for criticising a videoclip wherein Bollywood Actor Dia Mirza had appealed citizens to avoid bursting firecrackers on public streets as ordered by the High Court.
She was roped in to create awareness on the issue by the BMC, however, after the opposition by BJP leaders, the video was pulled down from the BMC's social media handle.
Bench of Justice Girish Kulkarni & Justice Dr Neela Gokhale said "they are disturbed by the stray comments made by some politicians" and reminded them that "India is a Secular country."
Judges have ordered the BMC to restore the deleted video

Doctors at Anantapur Government Hospital have removed the right leg of Hemanth, the man accused of attacking two Class 10 girls with a chainsaw at Raptadu school in Andhra Pradesh.
The 21-year-old was shot and injured by police on Sunday while they were trying to catch him in the Atmakur forest area.

🚨 PANCHKULA SCHOOL ASSAULT CASE: 6-YEAR-OLD GIRL BRUTALLY ATTACKED
➡️ On October 28, an eight-year-old Class 3 boy allegedly lured a six-year-old KG girl into an empty classroom at Government Model Sanskriti School, Sector 20, Panchkula, and brutally assaulted her with a brick and other objects.
➡️ The horrifying incident was reportedly captured on CCTV.
➡️ The little girl suffered a head injury requiring four stitches and a nasal fracture.
➡️ She was shifted to PGIMER Chandigarh, where she is receiving medical care.
➡️ PGIMER Director Prof. Vivek Lal announced that the institute would bear her entire treatment expenses.
➡️ Two JBT teachers and the school principal have been suspended over alleged negligence.
➡️ An FIR has also been registered against the principal, class in-charge and school chowkidar.
➡️ The eight-year-old accused has been sent to an observation home in Ambala under the Juvenile Justice Board’s directions.

I donno why he is still alive and why he is not put down like a rabid dog. The videos that have come out are too painful and violent to be shared, but some how I feel too much of gore, violence and watching slasher horror movies also play a role in such things, at least i have never heard about chainsaw massacres in India though texas chainsaw Massacre movie become cult hit in usa in 1974 leading to hundreds of such movies, even in US, it is rare.

Let me tell you something. During my teacher training at a government school in Delhi, I once walked into an unattended Class 9 classroom. It was an all-boys section with around 60 students. I asked them about their dreams and what they wanted to become when they grew up.
One student stood up and said, "Madam ji, mujhe Ranbir Kapoor ki Animal movie jaisa gunda banna hai." Nearly 90% of the other students (and I'm not exaggerating this number) cheered him on and joined in, saying, "Yes, ma'am, we want to be one too." Yes, that was their DREAM.
That day, I realised just how deeply young, impressionable minds can be influenced by the glorification of violence in movies and television shows.
