That's very reassuring my leader and Chairman Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba. We've seen lots of RDCs recently fear to associate with PLU because of the fear of their supervisors. PLU cadres, including myself, are capable of getting things done for the better.

PLU is a clean up operation of NRM. It's results are visible everywhere even before our chairman takes full charge. Look at UPDF and Defence, Parliament and Local government. We are the reorganizing force of the future
