The other day, @Factor_XII gave us a GREAT presentation on "AMS", including a pt on rituximab w/ JC virus reactivation. Got me thinking--anyone have a good resource for infections we need to be thinking about in pts on immunotherapy? @VUMCHospitalMed @VUMC_ID @BrownHospMed
I have a much easier time sleeping at night when there is a PharmD working with/rounding with us for this very reason

Self-neglect is sacrificing yourself to serve others. Self-care is making sure that helping others doesn't hurt you.
