Smartest move in football now
Wonder if Bayern and PSG are the smartest career moves for players seeking recognition. Diaz was decent at Liverpool, but nobody rated him highly until he joined Bayern. Now he’s an 89-rated FC 27 player and apparently one of the world’s best LWs, despite Gakpo being just as good, if not better.
Haaland has been better than Kane since 2023, yet Kane moved to Germany for an easier trophy route and is now on the verge of winning the Ballon d’Or

mbappé literally said those dictator memes stem from people’s lack of human and political awareness and he only laughed when his friends used them despite clearly disliking them. he was hurt the most by those memes yet somehow ended up being blamed for them 🙂

countries legalizing same-sex marriage
I love when y’all act like black people and poc are uniquely homophobic and transphobic when it’s white people trying to pass and passing anti lgbtq laws rn… like okay
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Same-sex marriage is legal in nearly 40 countries, mostly in Europe and the Americas. Over 60 countries, primarily in Africa, Asia and the Middle East, criminalize same-sex acts.

If we’re being honest Mbappe should’ve won his 1st ballon dor a while ago

This exactly why China would not beat Americas cultural influence which is instrumental in being the main power , you can’t be so sensitive about every statement made about you . Mbappe is clearly not well informed about Chinese history.

People think he’s doing PR gimmick when he’s actually saying “Don’t give me this shit”

Y'all don't get it. Without a record label, Olivia Rodrigo doesn't have a song in her catalog that grosses $40M.

The darkest part about this whole thing is he first said he didn’t find it funny being compared to a dictator a few months ago, but as soon as he decided to just play along w the joke for the media… they crucify him😭

Average 100 visits a day. That’s a lot of wishful thinking
A private hospital with avg spend of even 300 cedis can generate almost 1m cedis monthly in just one branch if they can average 100 visits a day. There's no way private healthcare need to overcharge the way they do.
Some are selling drugs at markups exceeding 5x cost. Imagine you run even 10 branches, you can negotiate better prices and longer payment terms with suppliers. Most people also pay in person without insurance so you'll effectively a negative working capital business. It requires some competence that I believe is not common in ghana that's why it's not happening.
In most countries running a hospital is very expensive because of regulations alone. In ghana you can turn a three bedroom house into a clinic/hospital and no one will bat an eye. No zoning, no permits. Hefra will happily give you certification and labor is relativel cheaper.
