Tight hamstrings and low back pain might start in your big toe.
Your plantar fascia runs as one line of tissue up through your calves and hamstrings into your low back. When shoes and orthotics do your foot’s work, the big toe stops pushing off and the whole chain tightens. That’s why stretching never lasts.
Try this:
1. Toe sit. Tuck all ten toes, sit back and breathe.
2. Big toe extension. Toe against a wall, lean in, 30 seconds each side.
3. Big toe mobilization. Hold the base, draw the toe up and back, 10 reps.

If you keep needing to unwind fascia in your face or neck, this might be a sign that your skull is experiencing a torsion and this tension is 'locked' in by the current position of the bones of your skull (which all relates to your posture!).
In craniosacral therapy, there's a concept called cranial torsion, where the sphenoid and occipital bones are thought to rotate in opposite directions along an axis running from the front to the back of your skull.
The idea is that this puts an uneven amount of tension on the membranes inside your skull, particularly the falx cerebri and tentorium cerebelli, which are made of dura mater and attach to different parts of the cranium.
If the underlying cranial strain pattern remains unaddressed, you could keep releasing the same fascia around your temples, forehead and jaw, only for it to tighten up again, because the restriction maintaining that tension hasn't changed.
This is why therapists who incorporate this knowledge look at the relationship between the different cranial bones and the tension patterns between them, instead of working exclusively on the area that feels tight.
I enjoy helping people in this area because there's a whole mechanical relationship between the skull, jaw, neck, pelvis and even feet, that tends to get overlooked when people treat just the fascia.

THEY BURIED THIS STUDY. 5 SPICES THAT UNLOCK NOCTURNAL DNA REPAIR
1. Never drink cold water after 7pm. Instead, simmer coriander seeds and sip warm. It forces your pineal gland to decalcify while you scroll your phone.
2. Your pancreas is drowning in old insulin spikes. Fenugreek soaked overnight, eaten right before bed, scrapes the receptors clean in exactly 9 nights.
3. One sniff of rosemary essential oil from the left nostril only - it reopens the foramina of your skull. Migraine-prone people lose their triggers by day 3.
4. Eat 1 whole star anise (crushed) with raw cacao. Your body produces a rare alkaloid that rewrites mast cell memory. No more random hives or itch attacks.
5. If your feet are cold at night, your bone marrow is under-producing RBCs. Black cardamom pod under your tongue for 4 minutes flips the switch.

A whole different world used to exist, as AJP Taylor wrote about in his Oxford History of England:
"Until August 1914 a sensible, law-abiding Englishman could pass through life and hardly notice the existence of the state beyond the post office and the policeman…He could travel abroad or leave his country forever without a passport or any sort of official permission. He could exchange his money without restriction or limit. He could buy goods from any country in the world on the same terms as he bought goods at home. For that matter a foreigner could spend his life in the country without permit and without informing the police…All this was changed by the impact of the Great War…The state established a hold over its citizens which though relaxed in peace time, was never to be removed and which the Second World War was again to increase. The history of the English people and the English State merged for the first time."
If you want to learn about what the world was like in that era, if you want to know what sort of world used to exist, 1913 by Charles Emmerson is by far my favorite

For anyone saying they’ll never disconnect the internet in a worldwide digital lockdown due to a manufactured cyber attack because they need the internet. Uh, yeah. They’ll never disconnect it for THEM. For us, though? Per the WEF, we’ll need a “digital vaccine” to get back online.

Some advice I would give myself from 10 years ago regarding game design:
-Don't make so many physical prototypes. Everything can be done in Word and PowerPoint. Screen-clipping and copy-pasting is all you need to make a functional digital prototype for play-testing.
-Don't be scared to pitch to publishers. Many will say no, but some will say yes. Just send the email.
-Give yourself permission to use any mechanic that seems fitting for the theme, interesting, or fun. Even if it's rare within that genre.
-Publishers are generally bad or average at marketing. You need to do a lot of the marketing for your own games to get them over the line.
-Don't worry about graphics in your prototype. The graphic designer will handle all that later. It just has to look good enough for you to stand playing it over and over again.
-Have someone else proofread your rules before signing off on them. Ideally, work with a developer too. Share the load.
-Everything moves slower than you think. Things that you thought would take a week take a year. You will always be waiting on other people to do some specific job, but this is your passion not theirs so there is no urgency. This is OK.

Bone is like a muscle, use it or lose it. And if you give bone the right things and stimulation it can grow at any age.
Its never over.
love it or hate it, this mechanism is the entire reason
- NBA players are tall asf
- masaaï jumps work
- fighters have thick knuckles
- fighters have INSANELY strong shins
- tennis players have thick forearms with the striker arm
- gymnasts have a thick wrists and forearms
- soccer players have thick bones in their legs
yes, its insanely autistic but desperate times require desperate measures.
