Excellent piece by @greg_scott explaining how pastors have abdicated their responsibility to shepherd their flock by choosing to stay silent on political issues
“The orcs mobilize while the Gospel guys angst out about ‘Christian Nationalism.’” —Greg Scott Read more on the political militancy of apostate mainline churches and Tim Keller’s legacy of making pastoral silence look spiritual: christoverall.com/article/co…

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will: 1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate. 2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority. 3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority. This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word. All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

“Evangelicals are the bulwark in America. The only thing keeping America from being like Western Europe is evangelicals. If evangelicals exit the scene, we’re France. We’re the UK.” SBC President @WillyRice on why it’s so crucial that Christians get involved in politics.

Next week, Virginians will vote on two new amendments to their state constitution. I was born and raised in Michigan. I live and pastor in Michigan. I love Michigan and those who call this great state home. We have a hotly contested Senate race right now. I want to share eight reasons why I, as a Christian pastor, cannot vote for Abdul El-Sayed (D-MI) to be the next U.S. Senator for the State of Michigan. Thanks to @BaptistLeaders for publishing. 🔗 centerforbaptistleadership.o…

"Why does nobody run for the school board?" "Why are the Rotary clubs empty?" "Why does every town meeting feel like it's run by the same motley assortment of terrible people?" Because the men who ought be doing so--the successful local men of prominence, typically businessmen and lawyers--came to the conclusion in the mid-20th century that participation in and leadership of civic life was someone else's job. This is the desire of the so-called conservative to simply "work" rather than do all the other things that keep entropy at bay and ensure things function. Their doing so left open the field to the worst among us: spiteful malcontents It wasn't always like this. The planters of the Virginia gentry served as vestryman, justice, militia officer and burgess, usually before he turned thirty and usually for no pay, other than perhaps having some travel expenses covered as a burgess. It was expected of him, and he expected it of himself: as a man whose success made him privileged, he was duty-bound to be the one to show up and lead That habit can come back. It ought come back. It starts with showing up to the boring meeting, and being the sort of man to whom others listen. The sort of man whose reputation for success and competence, and cultivated but not overdone and always aesthetically pleasing look makes others want to follow him This is what the great men we look back to did, and is indeed what their whole soceity was geared toward producing: great men who were great leaders at every level of civic life, from the humblest station at the bottom to the greatest at the top Re-engaging in that way will be critical if we are to retake our country. Read more about what we can learn from the Virginia gentry here: theamericantribune.news/p/ho…

Palmer Luckey says analysts claiming it's too expensive to manufacture in the US are lying to protect megacorps "I think I have a more realistic view than almost anybody. One of the problems with all these analysts that are telling you that it's going to cost $37,000 to build an American iPhone or $100,000 to buy an American computer." "They're trying to prop up a status quo that the megacorporations want to keep going. They want to outsource everything. They want to hire cheaper non-American labor." "They are willing to say and do anything to convince you that it can't be fixed, that it can't come back, that America is this helpless, neutered, post-relevant empire, and it is just not the case." "How do I know that? Because I have to make stuff in America every day because I work in the defense industry. The stuff that Anduril makes every day is not actually that different from a computer. My drones are basically computers. They have memory, a GPU, a CPU, sensors, batteries, a rugged integration." "The only difference between an Anduril attack drone and a laptop is a keyboard and a screen. That is not that hard to figure out, especially for a guy like me who started Oculus and comes from the consumer electronics space." "We're not going to let people lie about what America can and can't do anymore. We're just going to do it."

Thank you to @jsolomonReports and @AmandaHead for having 1792 Exchange Executive Chairman & CEO @DouglasNapier63 on the show to talk about what it means to be an American Company 🇺🇸 - and how anyone can nominate a company that earns the name⬇️
"Just having a U.S. mailing address doesn't make you an American company." 1792 Exchange CEO Doug Napier emphasizes that citizens, employees, and shareholders are actively nominating businesses that embrace authentic constitutional and patriotic values over superficial U.S. addresses. @jsolomonReports @AmandaHead

Pastor @dmichaelclary with an excellent piece about how Christians should think through whether and how they vote in the upcoming midterm elections, based on what the Bible teaches about the keys of the kingdom and the power of the sword Make sure to send to all your Christian friends who are on the fence about voting!

American glass. American metal. American silicon. American batteries. American workers. American everything. BlueChip is the first American computer in decades. Don't let anyone lie to you and say it can't be done. Designed in California. Built in America.
BlueChip. Built in America. America made the first electronic computer to win a war. Now we depend on our greatest adversaries to build the computers that run our economy and defend our nation. Today, we bring it home.

Another corporate partner is @Dell, which receives more than $3 billion in federal contracts per year This is particularly noteworthy because HRC itself acknowledged that federal contractors were disproportionately withdrawing from the CEI This is likely due to concerns about federal contracting requirements 6/х

Yet HRC corporate sponsorship represents a more direct affiliation with the organization than simply participating in its CEI And, as of today, Dell remains listed as a sponsor 7/x

As companies increasingly reassess their relationship with the HRC and its CEI, they should consider whether these affiliations are consistent with any stated commitments to political neutrality and shareholder interests 8/х

Fortune 500 CEI participation dropped 65% this year, marking its first significant decline However, according to @inspireadvisor and @1792Exchange, there are still 242 publicly traded companies with a Verified 100 on the 2026 CEI, indicating coverage of transgender medical interventions for minors 1792exchange.com/1792-insigh… 4/x

Furthermore, 40 companies remain corporate partners of the HRC, including @TMobile This calls into question its pledge last year to @BrendanCarrFCC that its approach to external organizations is "driven by [its] desire to advance [its] core business objectives." nitter.gq/BrendanCarrFCC/status/… 5/х
NEW: T-Mobile has agreed to end its DEI policies as specified in a filing with the FCC. “T-Mobile will no longer have any individual roles or teams focused on DEI.” Another good step forward for equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, and the public interest.
