Stop fagging out.
You know very well that the dems are completely controlled by the technocrat oligarchs.
USA without soaring markets is nothing because the only thing that holds this country is not barbecue or hookers from Vegas but the very dollar itself
Wall Street is laughing
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) has authorized our acquisition of Long Ridge Energy & Power. Closing is expected in the coming weeks.
The deal will add 1,600+ contiguous acres and a power plant currently authorized to sell 485 MW, expected to reach 505 MW nameplate in 1H 2027. Learn more: ir.mara.com/news-events/pres…
That's what we were waiting for. Now that they have it approved, it's time to sign. My bet is on an Amazon deal which has the best geographical placement for it.
Huge relief for $MARA.
FERC approved $MARA’s Long Ridge acquisition today (EC26-92). Good to see the IMM’s spurious BlackRock/Vanguard challenge get the Heisman. FERC also turned down the request to condition approval on keeping the plant’s output in PJM. Solid.
The deal: $1.512B enterprise value for ~0.5 GW of gas generation (485 MW authorized, 505 MW nameplate) and ~$144M of annualized adj. EBITDA, about 10.5x. Recent PJM gas plant deals went at about 7x (Talen 6.7x, Vistra 7x, NRG 7.5x), which would put the plant alone at ~$1.0B. MARA is paying ~$0.5B more for the land, gas wells, rail and expansion option. MARA keeps ~$900M of Long Ridge debt in place and needs ~$610M of cash, which the $600M of BTC-backed loans it drew in August are meant to cover. I’d expect it to close by the Nov 30 outside date.
Debt math: ~$1.9B of MARA’s $2.3B convert stack is zero coupon, so total post-close cash interest is roughly $140M: ~$58M on the Coinbase and Two Prime loans, ~$76M on Long Ridge’s own debt (the 8.75% notes alone are $52.5M) and ~$7M on the converts. Judging the deal on its own: the debt that finances it (Long Ridge’s ~$76M plus ~$46M on the new BTC loans) costs ~$123M a year against $144M of EBITDA, about 1.2x. The upside is expansion.
MARA talks about 600 gross MW of AI load at the site. That appears to include the existing 200 MW of grid load (on top of the 505 MW plant that sells into PJM). AEP’s 2025 filing proposed reconductoring the feeder serving a customer at the Hannibal station to go from 100 to 200 MW, for about $0.5M, targeting about nine months from PJM first seeing the need to in-service. The station ties into four 138 kV lines and once fed a 540 MW smelter, which is encouraging, but nothing is signed. To get from 200 to 600 MW, AEP would likely need to add a second feed or upgrade lines, or MARA would build on-site generation, which raises turbine availability questions. I can’t find a public study of how much more the grid connection can carry. AEP Ohio’s data center tariff also requires large customers to pay for at least 85% of contracted capacity for up to 12 years, if it applies here. Still, an energized site with fuel, land and a 138 kV hub may beat waiting in ERCOT’s queue.
It’s unclear whether the Hannibal buildout goes through the Starwood JV, where MARA would keep up to 50%. That will decide how much of the 600 MW upside MARA owns. Each 100MW developed at a 7% cap rate and $2M/MW rent could be $1.5B+ of value creation, so it's a big variable and explains why they paid ~$500M above the 7x multiple for the extra capacity.
Next catalyst, possibly at closing or just after: a signed lease.
This is without any doubt a real one. I'm a 100% sure it never had a star. Now it's everywhere.
A new Mandela Effect is rising.
Since when does the Soviet flag carry a star above the hammer and sickle?
Many of us remember it clearly without one.
If you recall the flag without the star… you may be from the old Earth.
Shifted into this denser, clown-world timeline.
The memory itself is the proof.
The body knows.
The soul knows.
We are not crazy.
We are remembering.
I miss the old Earth too.
Yet we are here now to hold the Light and anchor a higher one.
Who else feels this?

On his return flight from France, Pope Leo XIV describes the "four days of blessings" he experienced in France:
"The four days were literally filled with many blessings. Almost miracles, I would say, especially the time at Lourdes, walking with, accompanying so many people who are sick and suffering and seeing how the grace of God's presence manifested in many different ways, touches people's hearts, transforms their lives, and, to use an expression that I mentioned there, restores dignity to the sick, the elderly, those who in some parts of society are discarded.
So, there were many signs, many expressions, many symbols throughout the four days. And personally, I felt very blessed myself to have the privilege to visit France to encourage especially young people who are obviously searching for something.
It was so apparent at the stadium, the evening with 80,000 young people gathered together from around France and their enthusiasm and their joy and the sense of hope that they offered, but especially I think that they received and will be able to share with others.
So, amongst the many different things that we celebrated and lived during these four days I would say those are some of the highlights, and not to exclude others, but that that were quite significant. I'm very happy to have had you along on this trip, and if you have a few questions."
Hundreds of thousands of worshippers flood the heart of Paris as Pope Leo XIV celebrates a massive open-air Mass and calls on Catholics to openly share their faith in an "increasingly secularized society."
The Vatican estimates 800,000 people packed the Champs-Élysées and Place de la Concorde, with families lifting children toward the popemobile as the American pope traveled through the French capital.
The setting carries deep history: Place de la Concorde was an execution ground during the French Revolution, where King Louis XVI and Queen Marie Antoinette were guillotined.
The enormous gathering comes as France sees a surge in adult conversions, with annual adult baptisms reportedly tripling since 2016 to 13,000 this year.

🚨 The Champs Elysee is completely FULL
This is unbelievable
The people have France have turned out in their hundreds of thousands to see Pope Leo XIV, the atmosphere is electric
Seeing the Pope with my own eyes for the first time was something extraordinary.
Seeing over 80 000 young citizens from my country show up, perform, support and sing for our faith in Jesus healed millions of broken hearts we have felt going through the deeds of the Republic.
The French revolution ended tonight, the Republic is dead, long live France, the daughter of the Roman Catholic Church.
