They prolly scaled super heavily the same month they got banned thinking about a 30D window, happened to me a couple times and lost 400k cause of it, they prolly spent 2-3M losing in front end and without getting those month 0 subs back and obviusly later having higher cpa's cause your processing is worst, is a downhill route + exposition on X which brought probably 10x more competition, a formula to fail. Nobody would've been able to turn tnat shit around
I think skill issue its just sometimes cope, cope to feed the ego of some guys (you aren’t good enough), and cope cause you think there’s a gap of information that you don’t have yet that will get you there. I have 4-5 ad accounts, one has over a mill in spent, other 2 have like 300k each, the 3 ad accounts have insane cpm’s for video ads only.
I don’t care if you are eugene schwartz, if you make me an ad its just gonna be a high cpm in my account. I spy hundreds of accounts yearly with average ads and low cpm’s so its not quality of ad, cause some of these videos have an average cvr of 7-8% (and if ear determines the ad is good, this is objectively a good ad) and they won’t decrease below 400 CPM.
Its pragmatic to say its a skill issue at the end of the day, cause its better than accepting the fate of im cursed.
If someone is a dr demon and wants to bet, lets put $40k in an escrow, you have 5 shots, if any of your 5 video ads gets me a cpm below $100 you get to keep up the money, if not I just get half of it (20k).
Posting in twitter you making out with a chick is not the flex you may think it is, like, its gonna make you look like a former nerd who now needs social credit, but tbh this space is filled of nerds with money who aren't able to pull above avg looking girls, so they may look at it inspiring, but I don't think so. No shades, I follow your tweets and buy your stuff but this is just too much

Some of yall need a competitor selling the same product as you, same angles, spending 5 figs a day, you'll get humbled real quick when your old winners and roas performance is down by 40%
I've seen this happen over dozens of brands and even myself, I'll see 40% up in performance randomly and every fucking time, my competitors has removed a lot of ads
Reality is that business model affects in this a lot, the higher the barrier of entry and hence less competition you deal with, this will happen way less to you, if your main 2-3 competitors would disappear from the market all of a sudden half of your ads would be winner, and if 2-3 new competitors spending high money (even if its unprofitable) appear suddenly, all your direct response bullshit will be thrown out the window, this is true for 8-9/10 cases
Zero sum game
Its always agency guys that make this extremist takes like never turn off an ad, its why following so many people's advice in here will ruin you if you start
A few first principles of media buying you should always stick to
Yes, turn off ads if they perform bad, facebook will spend on an ad that had 0 sales if a random day it does a few sales at ypur average cpa, next day it will spend half your budget super unefficiently on it if you use cbo, or spend on an ad that is not converting but has high ctr, its crazy that this is even a debate...
CBO/ABO/CC, everything works, there's not a single method of doing things, but the echo chambers in here make you think it is, if someone makes you think there's a single method of doing things fuck his advice
Ultra high CPMs aren't based on how good your ads are
Thanks to the man for making it happen btw @MR_Compaytence, would've been a headache without his help
Released, its ridiculous how we got to the point that you need some clout or status in order for this companies to listen to you. In fucking sane, thanks everyone that tagged them btw
Replying to @Adyen
@Adyen you are supposed to be one of the most serious companies in the industry. I have multi 6 figures in hold since february, 6 months passed by already. More than 10 emails, not a single one replied, your employews that helped me onboarsing ignoring all my messages, just release my funds, 180-days passed by as you stated in your fucking termination contract.
If anyone has a plug that can help lmk please, thanks.
Have your own criteria and be careful of what you read here (and from who), the amount of slop I read in a daily basis here that has 100+ likes and no one fighting against it in the comments is crazy, like quite literally advice that will get you backwards or simply people that claim or portray to be 8fig operators, saying stuff that not even a real 6 figure dropshipper would
A friend of mine is testing a simple static he copied straight from an 8 figure brand, I know cause i know the exact format and another friend of mine runs it and its been his biggest spender in his account. Over a yr old his specific ad btw
The ad isn't the reason it works for them... the funnel is
When you have 400-500 active ads running, or even just 50-100 pushing awareness, a mid BOF ad converts way easier than it would do in a product test. It's not doing the heavy lifting, everything in front of it already did.
This image right here below is a creative I made in canva in 3 minutes a little over a yr ago. Copied it 1 on 1 from a competitor, swapped the price only, literally to match mine. It's intact to what I was running.
But this ad went on to spend $1.1M in less than a year on this single image and I genuinely had no idea what I was doing at the time to be honest, literally ripped 15-20 ads spamming and this one popped off
As a matter fact, everytime I have a static that works Idk what the hell i did, which it always bring me to the point of thinking if is that a real skillset you can build, or just a low hanging fruit machine that works for very solidified funnels and when requirements are met, its easy to win at it?
I went sometimes a full month without a single new winner and this thing carried the entire account spending 100-200k consistently monthly. If I turned it back on today it would probably still rip
Still works like that now. My BOF ads are pretty awful I would say but they sit at 30-40% of my average CPA and pull the blended down. That's how you want to play it
But that only works because there's a real funnel behind it
For you to copy that killer 8 figure dropshipper it's silly cause his ad is getting delivered at people who were ready to buy. For you it's THE ad for your product testing
It's lke putting gasoline in a tesla basically
The people in there are all of them pussies, lazely remember seeing mfs spending 50 bucks a day trying to class act lawsuit their way against facebook for having high CPM's lol, good to scroll If you wanna have some laughs tho
If your advertorials and listicles perform better than your PDP, It's probably cause your PDP needs work. Got that from @jforjacob a few months ago, I switched back to PDP recently and CPA is 20% lower
Landings can work don't get me wrong, but how many of us here start running listicles cause they performed better than our first PDP version made in 24h when we started testing and we just left it there? A lot... Make yourself a favor and test this, almost every big brand at scale sends everything to product pages too, or predominate in their accounts
This is not a science btw, for many and advertorial will just work better cause they need to funnel through their traffic
One of the biggest issues in here is mfs trying to copy 1:1 or 0.7:1 the creatives of massive big brands
Im telling you guys, I spied 300 ad accounta last year, all this brands you have saved on atria and shit and get inspired by, they are running at 0.54 ROAS, their ability to make a creative hit their 0.6 roas target, is way easier than you hitting your 1.4 or whatever it is, don't think just because they are big they are an example.
In the other hand, the best brands to follow and get inspired by are by dropshippers/ecom operators who run on their own, and aren't being backed by VC or capital, specially if they aren't super scaled either, would you try copying the training of someone doing a 100km walk to run half a marathon?
You prolly wouldn't, so why you are doing that? I know this won't even mean shit cause you'll continue doing it
Specially one of my close friends who started ecom recently, he will try to copy brands from other niches, that have their own proven mechanism and messaging and angles, what works for them won't work for you, you can get inspired and brainstorm, stuff like that but sometimes not being able to oversee this will be one of your biggest obstacles
