I genuinely want to become self employed and build a sustainable business, but my biggest challenge right now is insufficient capital. I have the vision, determination and willingness to work; all I need is the financial support to turn that vision into reality.๐ฅบ

I am genuinely shocked by how many people I once thought had reverence for Allah and His Messenger ๏ทบ display such profound ignorance of Islam.
Imagine claiming to practise Islam while deliberately rejecting the explanations of the very Messenger ๏ทบ to whom the Qurโan was revealed!
The Sahabah lived with the Prophet ๏ทบ. They witnessed his actions, heard his explanations of the Qurโan, learned how he practised the Deen, and transmitted his teachings to subsequent generations.
Yet, 1,400 years later, some people arrogantly assume they can bypass the understanding of the Messenger ๏ทบ and his Companions and interpret the Qurโan according to their own whims.
This is NOT a contest between the Qurโan and Hadith, as some dishonestly portray it. The real question is: Who has the authority to explain the Qurโanโthe Messenger ๏ทบ to whom it was revealed, or individuals who came centuries later and may lack even a sound understanding of the Arabic language in which it was revealed?
The Qurโan itself establishes the Messengerโs role in explaining its revelation (Qurโan 16:44). His Sunnah is not a rival to the Qurโan; it is an indispensable guide to understanding & practising it.
True intellectualism is not about pretending to be independent of the Prophetโs guidance. It is about having the humility to study this Deen properly, understand the Qurโan in light of the authentic Sunnah, and appreciate the understanding of the Sahabah who learned directly from the Messenger of Allah ๏ทบ.
My advice is simple: Go back and study Islam before attempting to redefine it.
Ignorance masquerading as intellectualism is neither scholarship nor enlightenment. It is simply ignorance dressed up in arrogance.

Sheikh Abubakar Mahmud Gumi's "sin" was writing this book, he was so sincere that he wrote it without Arabic vowels so that only your scholars would be able to read it, heed its teachings, and correct themselves regarding the innovations exposed by your scholars within the text.
โTakfir is found even among Ash'ari scholars, read Al-Akhdari, who is Ash'ary and you will find an example. If you're unable, I'll show you.

"And we do not view capital punishment as permissible against anyone from the Ummah of Muhammad, peace be upon him, except the one upon whom the sword [punishment] has become mandatory."
This is because of the Hadith:

โEducate yourself, please, and stop this nonsense regarding Takfir.
Scholars throughout Islamic history have declared people with particular beliefs and actions to be kuffar. However, executing such a person is solely the duty of the hakim (the state). Show us where Abubakar Gumi said otherwise, and I will accept Tariqa instantly.

Itโs less than 3 months to my 33rd birthday, and Iโve promised myself that Iโm done with Twitter drama. I donโt care which party you support, and I wonโt go under your posts to leave nasty comments just because we disagree politically.
But let me make one thing clear: I hate this government, and I will criticize them however I damn well please. I will not speak or write with decorum. Do your own, let me do mine.
I will post whatever I want on my page, whether itโs about grief, my decision not to have children, or anything else I feel like talking about. If you think Iโm chasing clout or attention, then yes, youโre absolutely right, wetin your papa fit do? Leave whatever nasty comments you want. Iโll simply assume youโre one of my neighbourโs dogs barking or a retarded bastard who desperately needs attention.
But please, forgive me. I still have two people to reply to before I officially leave all this drama behind.

It is a lie, No ONSA tactical whatever rescued these victims. Their families paid ransom. This I know from an insider, someone very close to the victim. From day one. In addition, the heartless bandits decided to raise the ransom after a said political bigwig tweeted about it. At least that was what the heartless animals said. So the families had to cough out several other millions before they got their people back.
And to think that he'd be able to falsify the claims of the governor is also really hitting below the belt. A traumatized person, still treating mental & physical injuries won't be able to speak to such gross lies, and we all know that. And this is not saying that the security agencies are not doing anything. But what is obvious is that they are not being able to meet up with the nearest minimum; as people are being kidnapped daily.
There are information we all are not privy to, and of course they're not for the TL neither are they for banters. They're for our consumption & they help us greatly in making our decisions.
Allรฃh Knows the heart of man. May He punish anyone who lies for whatever reason or takes advantage of the failure of the govt to provide us security to his or her gain; however that gain is.

So, I visited Hafsat yesterday in Karu Local Government, Nasarawa State.
I saw the place she lives, the baby, and their condition.
For Hafsat, she basically doesnโt have anything. The mattress, TV, and hot plate she uses belong to her ex-husband, and he might come and take them anytime soon. As for the baby, she doesnโt even have a single sock. She only has a few pairs of clothes.
I took Hafsat to the market and
shopped for her using our crowdfunding balance and from what some people sent directly to give her.
Firstly, for Hafsat, I got her a Redmi Android phone, then foodstuff (rice, macaroni, spaghetti, milk, Milo, oil, red oil, spices, sugar, noodles, cereals, a frying pan, detergents, semo, and I even added Maltina and biscuits) and other stuff.
For the baby, we got almost everything a baby needs, some of which I donโt even know the names of. We got wipes, diapers, milk, powder, soap, body wash, oil, pants, a mini rechargeable fan, a towel, and some other things.
For the record, I spent three hundred and fifty thousand, five hundred.
There was no need to get Hafsat an inhaler for her asthma since she already has one; they gave it to her at the hospital when she was admitted last week. As for the baby, there will be a need to buy a few drugs for her because she has catarrh and a fever.
Iโd also sent her some money so she can fill up her gas and other things. I have also received messages from a few people willing to give her clothes, and clothes for the baby too. Someone has already given some.
Like I mentioned in the post below, Hafsat still needs a jobโas a cook, a salesgirl, or a babysitter, or even something else to sustain herself. The idea of her starting a business is a good one, but her location isnโt favorable for business, itโs far too remote.
If it's about school, it'd really be good if she can get a sponsor, or if we can all come together and sponsor her school and her feeding until she's done. She has always liked to go to nursing school. It'd be fantastic if she can get a scholarship.
Two people have reached out to me, willing to help her get her back on her fit, but even with that, hafsat will still need more help.
For now, that's it, but her rents expires in January which is just 3 months away, and the food and baby stuff will only last them for few months. Any willing to help can please check the below post for my account details, or kindly send me a dm.
Hatsat sends bunch of gratitude to everyone, she prays that may Allah be pleased with y'all and may he returns what you have given to her in thousand folds.
Her mom sends her prayers too, we spoke but couldn't see because the step father was around and he wouldn't allow her come out of the house, so we only called, and thats even when he wasn't around.
Please retweet.
Her name is Hafsat, she lived with her mom, and her stepdad, whoโs, from what Iโve known so far, is a very complicated and difficult person.
He normally beats her, not only her, his own children too, and the funny thing is they all not kids, for Hafsat, sheโs 28yrs, for the rest, one is even 30+. Heโs a kind of father that doesnโt play with his kids at all, doesnโt talk to neighbors or anyone, heโs very very tough, even on Hafsatโs mother, his only wife.
One day, Hafsat did something to him and he started beating her, I think that happened during the day, and even later at night, he decided to beat her again, which led to her running outside the house, he locked the door and said sheโd not come back to his house again. Fortunately/unfortunately for Hafsat, thereโs this Yoruba guy in their area who lives alone, who had always liked her, he saw her and wanted to help, but didnโt take her to his place since theyโre Muslims and sheโs not his Muharamma, there and then, he said, he can marry her, which the people there agreed, and Hafsat, who didnโt have any option but to agree because that was her last resort, agreed.
They got married at the middle of the night and he took her in.
Things were rough for them, very, he didnโt have what it takes to hold a wife, but since heโs a hustler and goes for iron work, he eventually got things for them, bed, tv, and other necessities.
As for her stepfather, he said he has disowned, and didnโt even allow the mom to go see her.
As time goes by, Hafsat became pregnant, the husband, went to Lagos for some work as he said when the pregnancy was 4months old, since then, he doesnโt call, nor text. She was the one calling and telling him about her situation. The food he left her with finished, and anytime she calls to tell him, itโs from one story to another. Things become very bad due to her pregnancy, she had to go beg her mom, to beg her stepdad to please allow her to come back home, which he agreed but only under the condition of her not eating the food in the house, or using anything that belongs to him, he said the only thing heโd allow her in the house is to sleep, but even charging her phone, she must pay for it, and that what was happened.
Her mom doesnโt do anything, sheโs a full housewife, the type that are at the mercy of her husband. She had to be giving Hafsat her food, then starve sometimes, or share into two for them, without the father knowing.
Time went by, Hafsat was due to give birth, her husband was nowhere to be found, he didnโt come back and even when the mom reached out to him, he shouted at her.
They had to borrow some money from her uncle to take her to the hospital. The birth came with so much complications, she spent almost a week in the hospital, the bills stacked up and they couldnโt pay, her friend, Fatima who was Hafsatโs mate in some school in Abuja reached out to me, we stepped in and paid for everything.
After returning home, the stepdad said, nothing from his house should be used in taking care of Hafsat or her baby, not even his buckets or gas or to boil hot water. They had to find gas to do all of that. I sent them money for foodstuff and the babyโs necessities.
Again, time went by, the husband decided to come home, after so many pleas from me. Her mom, didnโt want to talk to him or see him. Her stepdad, he said the husband shouldnโt dare to come to his house. Hafsat was so confused and didnโt know what to do. The husband later came, apologized and pleaded, the step father said heโd give him Hafsat back but only if his family comes or he brings someone from his workplace.
He did, and the stepdad allowed Hafsat to go, with the condition that sheโd not come back to his house.
