Let's set aside the fact that NIGCOMSAT has denied claims it owes China $11.4 million. The moment you threatened to shut down Nigeria's satellite transponders, you demonstrated that Nigeria's reliance on a single partner is a strategic vulnerability. In response, Nigeria took the logical step of awarding contracts for two new satellites to France and Israel to reduce that dependence and ensure it could never again be placed in such a position. Now you're talking about trust. The question is, what matters more, remaining entirely dependent on one partner, or diversifying your strategic options to safeguard national interests?

Lula's reelection in Brazil is not just a domestic victory. It is the single biggest geopolitical defeat the US empire has suffered in Latin America in decades. Here is what was actually at stake: The Resources: Brazil holds the world's second-largest rare earth reserves — nearly a quarter of the global supply. The US military-industrial complex is desperate for these minerals to break its dependence on China. The Bolsonaro dynasty was ready to hand them over. A US government-linked company already bought Brazil's only active rare earth mine from Bolsonaro-aligned oligarchs for $2.8 billion. They wanted Petrobras privatized next. Lula said no. These are our minerals. We will build our own economy. Palestine: Lula lost a finger in a factory at 17. He is the working class. The Bolsonaros are the landlords, the oligarchs, and the cheerleaders of settler colonialism. They waved Israeli flags at their rallies. They held Zoom calls with Netanyahu on stage. They posed with a map of Israel colonizing ALL of historic Palestine — Gaza, the West Bank, the Golan Heights. Lula stands with Palestine and calls the genocide what it is. The Multipolar World: Lula co-founded BRICS. He is building parallel financial systems to bypass the weaponized US dollar. He called for a new global reserve currency. He wants Latin America to trade in its own currency, free from Washington's sanctions. The empire cannot tolerate a continent that refuses to pay rent in dollars. So how did Washington respond to a sovereign democratic choice? Trump slapped Brazil with 50% tariffs — even though the US has a trade SURPLUS with Brazil. The tariffs were never economic. They were punishment. Meta censored Lula's accounts and boosted Bolsonaro. The Bolsonaro campaign hired a US AI company to spread disinformation. Eduardo Bolsonaro literally called on Trump to send the US military to attack the Brazilian government. They threw everything at him. Tariffs. Censorship. Disinformation. Coup attempts. And they still lost. The American empire tried to enforce the Monroe Doctrine with algorithms, tariffs, and a puppet dynasty. But the Brazilian working class just voted to keep their minerals, defend Palestine, and build a world where Washington doesn't get to decide who eats. You can tariff the economy. You can censor the candidate. You can beg for a military coup. But you cannot colonize a people who have already decided they belong to themselves.

Who is Bahillace, or Fulani? The #Fulani are a prominent ethnic group whose roots lie in Sokoto State, northern Nigeria, and in Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso, Gambia, as far as Senegal, Guinea, and Cameroon. The Fulani played a foundational role in the history, religion, and governance of West Africa through the Sokoto Caliphate, established in 1804 after the jihad led by the Fulani scholar Usmanu Dan Fodio against the Hausa rulers. This movement established the Sokoto Caliphate in 1804, which grew into the largest state in 19th-century West Africa and spanned northern Nigeria, Niger, and Cameroon. The traditional head of the Caliphate structure is the Sultan of Sokoto, that is, Sarkin Musulmi, who remains the supreme leader of Muslims in Nigeria. The Fulani of Sokoto are generally divided into two main categories: 1) Town Fulani: These include the aristocratic and scholarly class—most notably the Toronkawa (the lineage of Usman Dan Fodio), along with the Sullubawa and Zoramawa clans—who took over administrative and political leadership at that time. 2) Fulani (Bororo): These are mostly pastoralists who practice traditional cattle herding across grasslands and bushes where grass grows, moving from place to place according to the rainy-season conditions together with their livestock. The Fulfulde, Fula, Fulbe, or Hillani community is overwhelmingly Muslim and is deeply grounded in Islamic scholarship and tradition in the Sokoto Usmaniyya Caliphate. Many urban Fulani speak Hausa for the social and political interaction between Hausa and Fulani—like me 🤣. From Hon. Commissioner of Traditional Culture and Tourism of Sokoto state, Nigeria Dr-Engr Mustapha Mohammed (Dallatun Wazirin Sokoto) City Fulani 🤣 #Fulani #Fulbe, #Fufulde, #Sokoto #Niger #Mali #Burkinafaso #Gambia, #Guinea #Cameroon #Nigeria #Senegal #History #Culture #Tradition #Language

When God empowers you or entrusts you with leadership over His servants, you can do whatever you want, cheat them, betray them, insult, punish or even dehumanize them! But history is watching, the people are watching and above all, Allah is watching you! Sooner or latter a time to reckon over your deeds will come and the people you betrayed or dehumanized will have a say over you while Allah's punishment awaits you! Be guided, fear Allah and lead in a just and fair manner!

What is happening in Europe right now, where their youths and the general public are burning things and protesting because of high cost-of-living, our Nigerian leaders should learn a lesson from it. There is no high cost-of-living worse than what Nigerians are currently suffering. The statistics released recently released placed Sokoto state above every state in Nigeria on multi-dimensional poverty rate...! It means we in Sokoto are the poorest of the poorest people in Nigeria! The Youth who suffer this poverty are watching and are nursing their anger. Before it is too late, our leaders should look into this matter and take measures to ease their burden and plan for various security measures.

France is falling. Albania is falling. Italy is falling. Belgium is falling. It is a "European Spring" against Zionism. This is not about Muslims or immigrants; rather, it stems from the fact that your peoples have come to realize how Zionism exploits the money and resources of their own nations.

This man missed his flight yesterday and had to enter Okayson Motors in Abakaliki at night. As soon as the bus moved, the driver stopped and demanded extra ₦1k from each passenger for diesel so he could take a no-traffic road. Passengers refused, so he carried them through the traffic route instead.

ECOWAS wanted a reunion. The AES came to negotiate. On October 17 and 18, 2026, the two blocs sat at the same table in Dakar for the first time since Mali, Burkina Faso, and Niger walked out of ECOWAS in January 2025. The room was full of foreign ministers. The air was full of speculation. Then Burkina Faso's Foreign Minister, Karamoko Jean-Marie Traoré, ended it with three words. "Il n'en est rien." There is no truth in it. He was answering the question that had been building for weeks: was the AES preparing to come back? The answer was no. Not now. Not like this. The joint statement was careful. It spoke of "fraternity, mutual respect and openness." It stressed "good neighbourliness" and "respect for sovereignty." It announced working groups to prepare a framework cooperation agreement on trade, freedom of movement, and security. What it did not announce was a reunion. Mali's Abdoulaye Diop said the talks must be "entity-to-entity"—AES and ECOWAS as two separate organisations, not one bloc absorbing the other. Niger's Bakary Yaou Sangaré said it plainly: "The AES is not against ECOWAS, but it has another path." That is what Dakar was. Not a homecoming. A negotiation between equals. The AES did not leave ECOWAS to isolate itself. It left because the bloc sanctioned it, threatened it, and refused to accept that three sovereign states had chosen a different direction. In the 20 months since, the AES built a joint military force, an investment bank, and a common biometric passport. It did not need ECOWAS to survive. It does not need to rejoin to cooperate. West Africa now has two regional bodies where there used to be one. The old bloc has to learn to share the room.
