A 15 year old white boy was shot dead on Halloween.
His mom found his body in an abandoned apartment.
4 black guys charged with murder. 3 of them are teens.
Here's what we know:
Austin Payne, 15, Albany, GA (Dougherty County) was murdered.
Shot Halloween night, Oct. 31.
Called his mom around 8:03 p.m. saying he'd been shot.
Mom tracked his phone; found him the morning of Nov. 1 inside an abandoned apartment at 810 Cameo Lane, Apt. B.
Witnesses say armed robbers hit a group walking with him; may have been targeting a handgun he'd posted on social media.
Seven 9mm casings recovered.

🚨A disabled woman in Florida was S*XUALLY AS$AULTED BY HER LYFT DRIVER. Shocker: the driver was a Biden-era illegal alien.
Kevin Adrian Narvaez-Cruz, a 28-year-old Nicaraguan national living in Homestead, Florida, faces multiple felony charges after allegedly as$aulting a woman who survived two strokes, following her to her apartment, and attempting to force his way inside.
According to DHS, Border Patrol apprehended Narvaez-Cruz near El Paso, Texas, in November 2022 after he illegally crossed into the United States. He was subsequently released into the country under the Biden administration.
On Halloween night, the victim ordered a Lyft from a friend's home in West Perrine. Police say Narvaez-Cruz picked her up and began making unwanted s*xual advances, using a translation app to offer her money for s*x.
Despite her repeated refusals, he allegedly reached into the back seat and rubbed her thigh as she pushed his hand away. When they arrived at her apartment complex, she says he exposed himself and began mast*rbating in the parking lot.
"When he picked me up, he started making s*xual advances towards me," the woman told NBC6. "I kept turning him down, we get in the parking lot, he exposed himself."
The encounter allegedly escalated when she tried to escape into her apartment.
Narvaez-Cruz reportedly followed the woman upstairs, staying approximately a foot behind her. At her door, he pressed his body against hers and allegedly attempted to force his way into her home.
"He pushed me in, and I pushed him out and locked the door," she recalled.
Police later documented a bruise on her left hip, and a neighbor's Ring camera captured footage of Narvaez-Cruz following her. He reportedly fled after she pointed toward another resident.
Officers arrested Narvaez-Cruz at his Homestead residence on November 2.
He now faces charges including lewd and lascivious battery on an elderly or disabled adult, false imprisonment, indecent exposure, battery, and burglary with assault or battery.
During questioning, investigators say he initially denied physical contact with the victim before changing his account and claiming she initiated the advances and that they kissed.
ICE has now lodged an immigration detainer against him.
Lyft confirmed that Narvaez-Cruz has been permanently removed from its platform and said its safety team contacted the victim to offer support.
The woman told NBC6 that she came forward because she doesn't want another woman or little girl to experience what she endured.

Understand the implications of what happened in Texas last night.
Gina Hinojosa has called on Gov. Abbott to end state & local cooperation with ICE & she can order that on day one.
Hinojosa voted against the 2017 SB 4 as a TX state rep. The bill was essentially a sanctuary cities ban and required TX law enforcement to cooperate with ICE detainers. She then voted against another SB 4 in 2023, which made it a state crime to cross illegally into Texas.
Should there be another border crisis in coming years, there will likely be no resistance from Texas at the border. No Texas DPS, no TX National Guard, no razor wire or water buoys, and no Operation Lone Star, which Hinojosa called a “dog and pony show” and “political theater”.
Remember when 15,000 Haitians surged illegally into Del Rio, TX in 2021 under the international bridge? That was only stopped because Texas DPS responded on Abbott’s orders and physically blocked further crossings by lining up their cruisers to form a wall. The Biden Border Patrol was caught off guard and offered almost no resistance, except for some horseback agents who were falsely slandered for “whipping”.
Additionally, because Republicans failed to pass any legislation codifying President Trump’s border security measures, if Dems take the White House in 2028, that Dem president could, if he/she wants to, reverse every single Trump border security policy immediately upon taking office because they were all done at the executive level, and they can order Border Patrol to go back to a passive catch & release policy like we saw under Biden.
