I’m very fortunate to work with some great students in @GaylordCollege. Spent my 40th birthday helping with three different broadcasts. They were nice enough to surprise me with a cake. I love my job because they are so great to work with.

Ever hear it when they do rile JJ? 99% fear getting their seat in the pressbox taken away. Matters not though, 30 years of the same SOP, changes will result the same unless he lets a GM take control.
I have a question for the DFW sports media and @1053thefan, why don’t you all press Jerry, Jerry Jr, and Stephan on the obvious?
1. Why don’t you all call him out for having to be on camera after the games making statements.
2. call him out for lies and not showing that winning a championship is important to him.
3. call him out on his bull crap period.
4. Call him out on his sound bites of saying he might or could hire Troy.
5. let him know he is the issue and problem.
6. Let him know It has been 30 years and he still hasn’t proven he is better than Jimmy Johnson.
7. Press him on why he continues to hire inferior coaches.
This rinse & repeat style of management has not worked over the 30 years since the last SB.
The organization is adrift leaning on yesteryear without a defined standard. Jones has no one to blame but himself and has got to hire a stand alone GM.
