I'm convinced that this is one of the most revolutionary pieces of gym equipment ever created.
I think we'll look back on this in 10 years similarly to how we will for electric cars.
This is a digital resistance unit capable of up to 500lbs of resistance (new update just increased the capacity,) weighs only 13LBs, and takes up the same space as a shoe.
They're still too expensive for me to recommend broadly, but I use them, quite literally, every single workout.
There's also not a person I've shown them to IRL who hasn't immediately said they wanted one.
