Our Attorney General, @AGJamesUthmeier, has been the strongest defender of our gun rights.
Since day one, he's gone on the offensive, challenging unconstitutional gun control measures like waiting periods, the ban on military-aged adults' ability to purchase and carry firearms, and local governments' restrictions on our right to carry.
These actions have earned @AGJamesUthmeier the endorsement of the National Association for Gun Rights-Pac.

Today I issued an Executive Order designating “Seminole Wind” by John Anderson as the official anthem of Florida.
I have also directed the @FLSecofState to erect historic markers in the City of Apopka depicting John Anderson’s contribution to Florida’s heritage.
In addition, I have tasked @FLDEPNews to work with the @SJRWMD to designate wildlife drive and trail system within Lake Apopka North Shore as the John Anderson Wildlife Drive and Trail System.
Another State Attorney has issued guidance on SBRs, SBSs, AOWs, and Silencers.
This continues to look like a massive win for Florida gun owners. 790.221 doesn’t not require ATF form 1,4, or a tax stamp.
