Sadly to say Liverpool never had a chance looks at Man City’s bench. They’re STACKED! I can’t believe @premierleague is allowing this. Throw them out!

Good time to be a 400 hurdler…

The evolution of the men’s 400m hurdles has been extraordinary. Here are the sub-47 performances by year (1990-2026). From the dawn of time until 2017, there was just one sub-47. In 2026 alone, there were 15. For extra context: 2017 had just 1 sub-48. 2026 has had 58 sub-48s.

So you’re tell me he got 17 g/a last season Works harder than anyone for the team Doesn’t take pens, free kicks or corners regularly His teammates missed numerous chances Our manager has made us super defensive the last 3 PL games Wirtz is top draw

A long road for @SamMBennett_ since his Euro u18 win back in 2018 and now a super day today to win 110 Hurdles silver , battling thru after hitting hurdles. Set pb of 13.30 to go to tenth all time ahead of @lawrence_clarke could surprise a few at the Euro champs

This is insane stuff. You’ll struggle to find a better 400/400 hurdles training group in Europe. Coach had a Women’s 400m U20 National Champ at the weekend too

Not a bad 60 minutes for coach James Wright this evening (Jake - 48.53, Josh - 49.06, Sam - 49.17).
