Disclose details of ₦50,000 relief payments, beneficiaries and safeguards — SERAP tells FG
The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has urged the Federal Government to disclose details of its ₦50,000 National Emergency Relief and Stabilisation Intervention (NERSI), including information on its funding, implementation and administration.
In a Freedom of Information request dated November 7, 2026, SERAP asked the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr Bernard Doro, to provide details of beneficiary selection, payment arrangements, contracts with digital financial service providers and measures to prevent political interference.
