He is very correct. Even in this past midterms in the US, the republicans did everything to frustrate the democrats including no signals to election devices forcing them to resort to mail ins and also moving polling centers to long distances or reducing the numbers without prior notice or signs showing new venues. All is fair in politics all over the world

There is no appeal or supreme court because the supreme court already ruled that they should go back to the original court their case began and finish it there. That court was the one which gave this ruling now. The appeal court will not overturn what the supreme court said and the supreme court will definitely not annul what the lower court said which they directed the litigants to.

A nations laws that govern political parties also have laws that govern human rights and personal rights infringement and this was what Gombe triggered which the constitution of ADC supports. The courts do not only rely on the national laws but also on what the party constitution says while matching it with personal rights. The ADC constitution nailed them in their own case and this is why it is a party internal issue and not a national issue.

How is a political party's internal issue a national issue? Are you okay?
