Steph Curry on Anthony Edwards: I texted him earlier, my Olympic teammate, and we want to see him healthy. I know he's gone through some stuff with the knee, but you just gotta have to do what you can with the rehab.
Attack it the same way you do getting ready for games.
Get your body as bulletproof as possible.
Knowing that stuff, stuff had injuries happen. Keep your spirit right.
For him, it's a long year, and I know two months or whatever the prognosis was, but he'll be back in no time, and hopefully he can pick up where he left off because he was playing at such a high level.
So you want to see everybody healthy if you can.

Penny Hardaway, postgame: “I think (Arkansas) is a Top 5 team, not Top 12 where they’re ranked—that’s just because they’re young… I mean (they have) size, athleticism, speed… And Mikka Muurinen might be the #1 overall pick. This dude is ridiculous.”

Scouting Reese Alston:
▪️Dynamic playmaker
▪️Blend burst, power/balance, creativity
▪️Thrives in the open court
▪️Deep bag of individual offense
▪️Underrated on ball defender

Please keep in mind Jason Crowe jr and Dylan Mingo are both younger than Reece Alston & Chris Paul jr
You think that was part of their evaluation? Of course not. Which is why we desperately need new evaluators in HS basketball

"Jalen Brunson cold. I been through that though. And then KAT is just––he's huge, he's huge, he just makes the right decision, can shoot, trail threes, just plays the basketball really well. Honestly they're just a good team. OG's really good too, really physical, hard to go against, hard to score against, they just have a really well-rounded team. And even Jordan Clarkson came the bench and finished it. He played really well. We get to play them again next week at their place. We'll learn from this and hopefully we can go out there and get a win"

Watching Cooper Flagg right now and felt it a good time to bring this back up. This really was an all-time amazing moment in basketball analysis. Truly remarkable
"If I was to put [Cooper Flagg] on that list [of current Freshman], he would be 6th." 😳

Two straight Finals runs with Embiid and a 43-year-old LeBron? The numbers say otherwise. Embiid’s availability and LeBron’s defense make “realistic” a tough sell—and a fourth-best player won’t close that gap. #NBA #NBADebate

Can't keep saying "bigger, faster, stronger" then the rationale for players missing games be that they're not big, fast, and strong enough to sustain the pace of the game.
This is more evidence that the NBA is not an 82-game sport anymore.
The old slower style was a good pace for 82 games. Slow, methodical, slowly probing the defense and figuring out ways to win.
The NBA is way more physical, fast and demanding now. It's smarter, faster, more chaotic.
It's more in the 36-40 game schedule range, like soccer. A physically demanding 2-hour slugfest, once or twice a week.
