Nvidia $NVDA CEO Jensen Huang
"We're now gonna be one of the largest CPU companies, surely the fastest growing one"
🚨 $NVDA NVIDIA CEO JENSEN HUANG ON HOW THEY KEEP TAKING MORE OF THE WORLD'S AI SPEND:
"We're now gonna be one of the largest CPU companies, surely the fastest growing one"
The math:
What Nvidia sells into each gigawatt "went from... about 18 billion or so... to now 40-plus per gigawatt"
"My sense is that that's gonna keep on going up"
Nvidia's share of the world's CapEx:
6 years ago: single digits
Cloud providers today: ~40%
The rest of its business: ~80%
"Both growing, doubling every year" 👀

OpenAI is bringing NVIDIA’s Vera CPUs into production on Oracle’s cloud to run code and tools for AI agents.
Initial tests showed 51% higher Python throughput and 2.2x memory bandwidth per thread vs. a leading x86 CPU
Oracle plans an initial deployment of 150,000 Vera CPUs.
OCI’s Vera offering includes standalone bare-metal and flexible VM instances, allowing customers to scale CPU and GPU capacity independently.
NVIDIA and Oracle also announced general availability of Vera Rubin NVL72 systems on OCI, with plans to expand Vera Rubin superclusters to multi-gigawatt scale.
Oracle also plans to introduce HGX Rubin NVL8 systems, offering eight Rubin GPUs in an x86-based server configuration.

Jensen Huang at GTC Berlin on why power constraints at one AI data center don't necessarily delay $NVDA's GPU shipments:
“Meanwhile, we'll ship the computers to somebody who can use it.”
“We're [Nvidia] the only computing platform that is standard for every AI model.”

$PLTR and $NVDA are expanding their sovereign AI partnership across defense, healthcare and industry by combining Palantir's AIP with Nvidia's Nemotron models.
The opportunity goes well beyond the models themselves as Nvidia provides the AI while Palantir connects the enterprise data needed to make it useful in real-world operations.

$NVDA just secured a Vera CPU deal with Modal, which previously relied on $AMD and $INTC processors after early testing reportedly showed 2x capacity for AI agent workloads.
Another great example of how AI agents are making CPUs a much bigger part of AI infrastructure as they constantly run code and call tools giving Nvidia an opportunity to capture spending well beyond GPUs.
Nvidia is now targeting ~$20B in CPU revenue this fiscal year as Vera gains traction with AI-native customers like Modal and Perplexity while $ORCL, OpenAI and Anthropic also plan to adopt the chips.

$NVDA is reportedly seeing over $35B in RTX PRO 5500 orders from ByteDance, $BABA and Tencent as Chinese tech giants look to secure AI chips under U.S. export restrictions.
Whats wild is that these GPUs use GDDR7 instead of HBM allowing Nvidia to serve China's inference market without taking memory or advanced packaging capacity away from Rubin.
And with Chinese demand reportedly exceeding 6M GPUs against just 3M planned for global production in 2027, the opportunity could be massive if export approvals and shipments actually materialize.

We’re sending TPUs to space (yes, really).
After years of research, we’re launching a satellite to evaluate if and how Google Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) hold up in orbit.
The test mission, as part of our latest moonshot — Project Suncatcher — is designed to gather data exploring how we can one day host machine learning infrastructure in space.

ALT An image showing circuit boards, overlaid with text that reads: “We partnered with Planet to send a prototype satellite carrying four TPUs into orbit. We’ll be looking to see how well the TPUs withstand the harsh conditions of space to assess whether we can eventually host machine learning in orbit.”
