CJ Carr for Notre Dame is operating at a different level right now. 18/26, 205 yards, 2 touchdowns, 0 interceptions.
Maryland Dems imposed over 300 new taxes and fees. Increased taxes by $1.7 billion. Delivery fees on energy increased by 50%, yet they still flipped +4 seats in the legislature, and Tax Moore cruised to re-election by +30 points. We need new leadership in the MDGOP.
Talking about taxes and fees only isn’t the answer. I need to be more open and clear about social conservatism.

Larry Hogan was the best governor that the state of Maryland ever had. That does not mean we have to live in the past. Let him go his way and let’s move forward to Recover Maryland!
We cannot continue to run campaigns on hope, enthusiasm, and passion. We need money. The MDGOP needs to show donors that we have a serious operation here. We need big corporations, PACs, and mega donors. The next chair needs to be able to raise money.
Maryland! I love you so much!
To my volunteers and supporters, I truly appreciate you and the sacrifices you made to help our campaign.
Spencer, I love you, brother. We ran very hard and did our best.
On the campaign trail I have made some lifelong friends and even acquired some political mom and uncles. I’m so grateful for you all.
To my supporters, please expect a personal email from me. I have so many people to thank and will be reaching out. God bless you all, and I need to individually tell all of you how much I cherish you.
Now it’s time to buckle up and get ready for 2028. I see myself in a different role, and I’m so excited to get behind some strong candidates.
We also need new leadership at the top of the Republican Party in Maryland. I’ll leave that for seniors in our party to determine who that person is, but we need change.
I’m so excited for the future and God’s plan for me. I love you all so much, and let’s keep up the fighting!
Polls are OPEN! Go vote. I’ve been here in God’s Country, also known as Damascus, since 7:00 a.m. There’s been a good stream of folks coming in. Bring a friend, text your friends, tell your family, and get everyone to the polls!!! #GoVote #Elections2026
Maryland State House | District 9A Team
- Fitzgerald Mofor
- Spencer Rhoda
The last four years have brought Maryland’s largest tax increase ($1.6 billion), higher MVA fees, rising gas and property taxes, and the nation’s highest utility bills.
You feel it daily:
- bag tax
- tire tax
- paint tax
- parking fees
- highway tolls
- rush-hour traffic
- pain at the pump
- car registration costs
- speeding camera tickets
- automatic gas tax increase
- utility bills that rival a mortgage payment
I’m running to make life more affordable for working families in District 9A. I’ll fight for comprehensive tax relief, lower utility rates, and better roads.
I humbly ask for your vote. Vote for Fitzgerald Mofor for State Delegate 9A for lower costs and a better quality of life.

- Reduced Utility Costs for Ratepayers
Tuesday is Election Day, and I’m seeking your vote to ensure that I can represent District 9A effectively every day. I humbly ask you to come out Tuesday and cast your vote for Fitzgerald Mofor in the Maryland House of Delegates for District 9A.
I love Maryland and I’m so excited to get us back on the path of prosperity!
Shorter Clip: My @FOXBaltimore Segment.
Contact your representatives from Howard County and urge them to vote NO on this legislation.
We need to focus more on lowering costs and making life less expensive for residents in Howard County.
I understand the pain that working families are going through over the last 4 years.
We've suffered from the largest tax bill ever in Maryland history at $1.6 billion. With higher taxes and fees, we're also getting fewer services in education and infrastructure.
Yet, Clarence Lam and Gabriel Moreno seem more focused on divisive politics and appealing to their political base than on addressing the needs of working families. They have proposed legislation that appears to lack strong legal grounding and could potentially increase costs for taxpayers.
Genesis GSA Strategic One LLC owns the building and leases the property to the federal government. Any increases in property and transfer taxes are likely to result in the owner passing these costs onto the tenant through higher operating expenses and adjustments in rent. In this case, the tenant is the federal government, which ultimately depends on taxpayer revenue to cover these expenses.
States and localities are unable to directly impede federal operations. If the Howard County Council sets a higher tax rate structured or applied in a manner that discriminates against facilities used by the federal government, this action could be invalidated due to the supremacy clause.
The Howard County delegation should avoid getting entangled in national politics or pursuing legislation that lacks a strong legal foundation.
Instead, their focus should be on addressing local issues that are more pressing for their constituents. Their efforts should prioritize reducing costs and enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.
Thank you to @FOXBaltimore and @RebeccaPryorTV for allowing me to speak on behalf of how many Howard County families feel.

Is the Maryland House Democrat Caucus Committee using AI for their propaganda?
I am genuinely shocked. Given the substantial amount of money they receive from ActBlue, I would expect them to be able to afford a graphic artist. Additionally, I thought they were against data centers?
One thing they did get right is that I am concerned about our schools.
1.) Our students are attending schools in severely deteriorating buildings. In Howard County, we face a $200 million backlog in deferred maintenance, while Montgomery County has an even more alarming $3 billion backlog. At schools like Damascus High School, students are exposed to mold, and those at Centennial High School frequently experience evacuations.
2.) According to the Anne Casey Foundation, Mississippi has surpassed Maryland in educational outcomes. Mississippi is emphasizing phonics, literacy coaches, and personalized learning, strategies we used to implement in Maryland. In contrast, our current focus seems to be on administrative bloat and social conditioning.
3.) The Maryland Blueprint for the future is costing taxpayers nearly $4 billion annually and leads to very few educational outcomes. This sentiment is shared by Senator Joanne C. Benson (D), who is, by their standards, a far-right Washington MAGA extremist attacking our schools.
Chao Wu lacks integrity. He’s a habitual liar and is willing to use his child as a prop for political power.
We have also attached the MCPD incident report that shows the officer’s comments.
Vote for the better people who are honest, have integrity, and will work diligently to make sure you keep more of your own money.
Honest and Common Sense 9A Team:
Fitzgerald Mofor
Spencer Rhoda

Our critical infrastructure is crumbling, schools are being neglected, utility costs are rising, our state deficit grows larger, and my opponents aren’t equipped to stop the bleeding.
Vote Fitzgerald, Mofor, and Spencer Rhoda for common sense leadership and restoring prosperity back to Howard & Montgomery Counties.
