George Lucas, a visionary, created perhaps the most profound piece of right-wing media in sci-fi form.
Anakin Skywalker is the archetypal disenfranchised chud: a young man who genuinely wanted to do good, believed in justice, and trusted a system that presented itself as noble, democratic, and righteous, all to have his innocence, idealism, sense of justice, and vulnerabilities systematically exploited by the very institutions he believed in.
He wanted to make a difference, only to discover that the entire political order he had devoted his life to defending was deeply corrupt, hypocritical, and wicked.
And in his disillusionment, he became vulnerable to the very evil he once sought to destroy.
A cautionary tale for an entire generation of young men who grew up believing the system was fundamentally good, only to discover that the system was never quite what it claimed to be.
George Lucas understood the chud psyche long before the chud was actualized in the zeitgeist.

en la última década muxo software ha sido subcontratado a empresas externas (Polonia e India principalmente), a veces con cadenas de subcontratas y se han producido auténticas aberraciones

Que un sistema informático tenga una interfaz de hace 30 años no significa que esté obsoleto, sea inseguro o funcione mal.
La antigüedad de una tecnología, su estado de mantenimiento, su seguridad y su fiabilidad son cosas completamente distintas. En entornos críticos, como Defensa, estos sistemas además deben comunicarse con otros equipos y aplicaciones que llevan décadas funcionando y cuya compatibilidad es imprescindible.
No puedes sustituirlos alegremente sin arriesgarte a romper integraciones, introducir errores o comprometer la continuidad operativa.
Un sistema antiguo puede ejecutarse sobre infraestructura moderna, estar perfectamente mantenido y ser extremadamente fiable.
La obsolescencia no se mide por lo vieja que parece una interfaz, sino por si el sistema sigue cumpliendo sus requisitos de forma segura, fiable, mantenible y seguro.
El día que os enteréis de como son las interfaces de los sistemas SCADA que controla, por ejemplo, las centrales nucleares, igual alucináis.
Empezar una caza de brujas a lo loco, contra todo lo que a una persona aleatoria le parezca "viejo" no beneficia absolutamente a nadie.
