Donald Trump has spent at least $45 BILLION on his Iran war.
$30 billion could've extended ACA tax credits for a year and kept premiums from skyrocketing.
$13 billion could've paid for Head Start for a year.
AND we'd still have money left over.

Why should insurance companies run our healthcare when the government would do a much better job?
The government has an excellent track record of providing services with efficiency, transparency, and affordability. And why does competition matter anyway?
