This is important. And credit to Johnny for being the first to ask out of about 100 others. Johnny, walking away from the Mormon Church doesn't mean walking away from Jesus. I know the social pressure that can come with questioning or leaving. And why would Satan twist scripture? That's exactly how he tempted Jesus (Matt. 4:6). Scripture warns he disguises himself as an angel of light (2 Cor. 11:14). I don't question your sincerity or desire to follow Christ. But good teachings don't automatically make every claim in a religion true. The Bible warns that deception can appear righteous (2 Cor. 11:14). Within Christian theology, deception doesn't necessarily involve encouraging people to do obviously evil things. It can involve using religious language and even Scripture in misleading ways.

Have you ever asked yourself why would Satan lie like this? Why would he want people to read it and try to be more like Christ? Just so in the end he can laugh and tell me I was deceived? And God will throw me to hell because I tried to live a good life?

The gospel according to Joseph Smith is to know that God was once a man and to learn how to become a god like he did. That is not the gospel of Christianity. Mormons are not Christian.

Here's the truth - Mormons don't have a leg to stand on so they use prosthetics and call it the real deal. This lawyer just can't with my personal attacks 😭

Joseph Smith claims Jesus appeared to him at 14, yet spent years afterward facing criminal charges involving treasure seeking, financial misconduct, and violence. Even pleaded GUILTY to assault at 37. This is the man y'all IDOLIZE. Why should we accept his claim of divine authority as credible when his documented conduct raises so many questions? Spoiler: No Mormon will give you a straight honest answer about this. Denial and tantrums 😭

If your argument is that you want words from someone who actually saw and spoke to Jesus, I give you Joseph Smith! He spoke with Jesus Christ and with His gift and power wrote the Book of Mormon which testifies of Christ's divinity.
