Looking to take a week-long family vacation soon. Where should we go? We went to Dollywood in July, so a water resort would be perfect.
Had to get back to my routine with a light chest day. Morning weight is 185.2 lbs after 400g of carbs and 272 oz of water yesterday.
I think I sweated the rest of the sickness out last night. My stomach has settled down, so hopefully I can start pushing the carbs back up today. I’m almost swimming in my large t-shirt.
Day 4 of illness. Super sore muscles and joints everywhere. Stomach can only handle Elevate cream of rice and Fairlife (not Core Power). The thought of food actually makes my stomach twist.
Kids are sleeping about double their normal amount. Wife seems to be on the mend, but the joint and muscle pain is getting to her as well. This is going to be extremely horrible for the elderly.

This sickness is bad, I’ve had Covid and I had the flu, this is something new. The body aches are unreal. This is going to be horrible for the elderly. My kids are over it for the most part just sleeping longer. My wife and I are both still dealing with it, I still cannot keep anything down, and my fever is spiking to 102 then dropping down to 99.1. I’m down 8lbs…
I’m back to a better temperature. It the chills that get me, shaking like I’m legit freezing to death. Then my temperature rockets back up.
The wife, kids, and I are all housebound with the flu on Halloween. Body aches are absolutely insane. Whatever this is, it’s way worse than COVID (IMO). Probably going to DoorDash candy for the kids tonight.

A 106.5°F reading as shown is hyperpyrexia, a life-threatening medical emergency requiring immediate care, unlike typical flu fevers which are usually below 104°F.

If my E2 is managed without an AI or additional compound, it’s not necessary that I add something that might force me to use something else that could affect my sleep and/or lipids, or even cause me to crash my E2, when: “I know for a fact my E2 is high, I don’t need a $99 test”.
Less moving parts = fewer complications. Once you start dealing with complications, the main storyline cannot stay in focus.
This was the old school bodybuilder approach to HCG.
You just accept that your balls shrink on cycle, deal with it, then some HCG when you come off cycle/go into a cruise phase.
Modern biohacking is obsessed with not having to suffer even the smallest inconvenience which is why they're always running 1000 compounds (and look natty most of the time). Plus its just expensive!
Most of these guys are sponsored by companies to shill their crap so THEY aren't paying out the ass to run complex protocols, YOU are.
Kinda went off on a tangent there, but you get the idea.
Keep it simple. Run your cycle, put on muscle, deal with moderate sides, and address your balls when it becomes necessary!
My chest is feeling weird this morning, like my sternum needs to pop. Gonna find out, heavy lat pulldowns on deck!
I’ve had so many extremely dry loaves of sourdough lately. My wife picked this up at Meijer and it’s 🔥. 10/10
Took another rest day, it’s crazy how sore I am… I’m still feeling last week’s back workout (in a good way).
