US Constitutional Powers (Civil Powers) vs US Constitutional Rights (Civil Rights) Rather than simply seeking US Constitutional Rights (Civil Rights), Foundational-Black / Antebellum-Black / Antebellum-Moor / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans require US Constitutional Powers (Civil Powers). Antebellum-Black / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans can exercise U.S. Constitutional Powers (Civil Powers) through establishing their own Political Party and obtaining a super majority population and governing control over the 8 States Southern Region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee). Third-world immigrants, non-white immigrants, and white women have reaped greater benefits from civil rights legislation than Foundational-Black / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans because whoever controls the federal government and each of the 50 state apparatuses controls the distribution of public resources, licenses, permits, subsidies, grants, government contracts, Land, Bank charters, Corporate charters, judicial outcomes, occupational and professional licensing, entitlements, financial incentives, tax incentives, tax breaks, bailouts, second chances, guaranteed loans, business opportunities, government services, and systematic rewards and punishment. Frederick Delk advise Foundational Black / Antebellum-Black / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans living in Detroit-Wayne County and other parts of Michigan to reverse migrate to the 8 States Southern Region (North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Tennessee). If you prefer cold weather, Arkansas, Tennessee and North Carolina, NW South Carolina, Northern Alabama, Northern Mississippi, North Louisiana and North of Atlanta Georgia can get very cold, but not Michigan cold. Black/African American Is a racial category notAn ethnicity, places BA a... youtu.be/yc_BHhYNVK0?si=BSbw… via @YouTube Frederick Proposed the terms Antebellum-Black / Antebellum-Moor Americans 1776-1861 or 1500-1861 up to 1945, (Historical) and Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans, after 1945 (Modern) Who is an Antebellum-Black / Foundational-Black / Antebellum-Moor / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor American? (Endonyms) 1. English Speaking - English is their first language, native language and mother tongue. 2. They bear English and/or Western surnames. 3. American citizens by War, Birthright and Sacrifice, not by Naturalization. 6. No ties, citizenship or affiliation with any African Tribes, Nations or Nationalities outside the USA. 7. They have various admixture of Black Native, Moors, African, European, Hispanic, and Asian Ancestry. 8. Prior to the outbreak of the Civil War (1861), an overwhelming majority, approximately 95% percent, of the Antebellum-Black / Antebellum-Moor American population resided in the 16 Southern States: Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia (admitted in 1863), North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, & Missouri. 9. They are Descendants of Black Natives, Negro, Freedmen, Moor, Creole, Mulatto, Quadroon, Octoroon and Melungeon who existed or resided in the United States of America before the Civil War (1776 - 1861) or (1500 - 1861). 10. The term Antebellum-Black / Antebellum-Moor American (Historical) is to differentiate from: Post-Bellum Black / African Americans whose families arrived in the USA several decades after the Civil War (1865) and before December 31, 1979 and Latter-Day Black / African Americans whose families arrived in the USA on or after January 1, 1980. 11. Referred to as the Western Moor / Antebellum-Moor / Anglo-Moor Americans (Modern) to distinguish from: Eastern / Arabic-Moors from Medieval North-West Africa and Spain (Al-Andalus) who were Arabic speaking, bear Arabic names, practice Arabic culture and adhere strictly to Islamic Religious principles and laws. 12. Participated in all American Wars, including the Revolutionary War, the First Barbary War, the War of 1812, the Second Barbary War, the Mexican-American War, the American-Indian Wars, the American Civil War, the Spanish-American War, the Philippine-American War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Gulf Wars. 13. No group is more deeply rooted in American soil, more patriotic, or more invested in the nation's destiny than Foundational Black / Antebellum-Black / Antebellum-Moors / Anglo-Black / Anglo Moor Americans. Our loyalty is absolute; If the United States were to fall, we would remain here, fighting tirelessly to keep the American spirit alive, to preserve its existence. 14. I acknowledge that some of our ancestors practiced Islam prior to American independence in 1776; however, they were all forcibly converted to Protestant Christianity by the early 1800s. 15. To overcome the accusation of Xenophobia, the term Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans (Proposed) includes U.S. born children of individuals from English-speaking, Dutch-speaking and French-speaking (Not including Haiti) Caribbean Nations and Dependent territories, whose families bear English or Western surnames and Practice Protestant Christianity, some are Catholic (Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Jamacia, Barbados, Dominica, Grenada, Saints Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago and territories (Bermuda, Anguilla, British Virgin Islands, Caymen Islands, Montserrat, Turks and Caicos Islands, Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, and Sint Maarten, Cape Verde (Africa), Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Barthelemy (St. Bart) and Saint Martin (France)) and whose families became US citizens before December 31, 1979 and/or who were born before December 31, 1979 (Most of these Caribbean islands have very small populations and are more likely to assimilate into the Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor American community than continental Africans). I proposed including Americo-Liberians who can prove they are descendants of Antebellum Black or Antebellum Moor Americans who colonized and founded the Republic of Liberia (1822–1847). Many Americo-Liberians were forced out of Liberia after the April 12, 1980, military coup that resulted in the assassination of the last Americo-Liberian president, William R. Tolbert Jr. Latin Anglus - Anglo - English Speaking Hispanicus - Hispanic - Spanish Speaking Moorus - Moor - Black Antebellum - Before the War, specifically the Civil War (1776-1861) Post-Bellum - After the War (1865) Old English Lætar - Latter-day - recent arrival, present time, current, after, late Moorish - Medieval Eastern Arab Moorish Islamic Culture and Society Anglo-Moora / Anglo-Mauren / Anglo-Moorena American - Feminine Anglo-Moorus / Anglo Moor / Anglo-Mooreno American - Masculine Moorēsh or Mooresh - Modern Western Anglo Moorēsh Protestant Christian Culture and Society (Pronounce the same) White Anglo-Saxon Protestant (WASP) Black Anglo-Moor Protestant (BAMP) Frederick Delk

Mississippi has 2.9M residents, including 1.09M Black Americans(the highest Black population share of any state). Roughly 770K more Black residents would make Mississippi majority-Black. A demographic majority could translate into a political majority. Numbers are power.

Nigerian MAN SAYS TO STAY AWAY FROM BLACK AMERICANS AFTER JAVITS FRIMPON... youtu.be/Zr0fkgzl2zM?si=klEl… via @YouTube Having lived, worked, and traveled through several African nations between 1994 and 1996, my firsthand experience was entirely disappointing. I remained silent for decades to avoid disparaging the continent, but hearing Ghanaian or Nigerian commentators advise other Africans to avoid Foundational Black, Anglo-Black, or Anglo-Moor Americans is absolutely absurd. Pan-Africanism is dead, and it has always been a one-way street; I want no further connection to the failed continent. South-Saharan Africa's Human Development Index (HDI) scores illustrate a severe lack of development. Most fall under 0.600, with nations like Nigeria at 0.560, rivaling Haiti’s 0.555, while many drop into the 0.450 range. Even Kenya (0.625) and Ghana (0.635) are extremely low. South Africa is the only Black African nation above 0.700 (at 0.715). For context, the U.S. state, Mississippi, sits at 0.880, and the overall U.S. score is 0.938. The systemic issues in these 54 nations, including governance failure, tribal conflicts, military coups, pervasive corruption, scamming government officials, disease, famine, a lack of women's and property rights, daily minimum wages under $6.00, and absent critical infrastructure, are routinely weaponized by the American establishment to deny systemic power to Foundational Black Americans / Antebellum-Black / Anglo-Black Americans. When African immigrants arrive in the U.S. they receive free education, free accommodation, free food, and subsidies healthcare, their sole focus is personal financial gain and sending remittances home. When Foundational Black Americans arrive in Africa they are expected to support whole families, villages, pay tips or bribes to government officials, pay exorbitant extended visa fees, donate to fake projects, invest in fake business ventures, harassed by both normal and indigent people for money on the streets, and buy land or properties at inflated prices; there is no reciprocal relationships between the African Governments and Foundational-Black / Antebellum-Black / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor Americans. Historically, the U.S. never colonized Africa (Liberia was settled/colonized by Antebellum-Black Americans 1822 and became the first Black Republic on the Continent in 1847. Foundational-Black Americans should have invaded, conquered and civilized all of West Africa (United States of West Africa). Today, while only about 100,000 Foundational Black Americans hold citizenship across Africa, there are 2 to 3 million foreign-born Africans in the U.S. This population exceeds the total number of Africans residing in all their former colonizing nations combined, including Great Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium. They come here because the Foundational Black American community is large and wealthy enough to absorb them, they stand out in countries like China, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Australia, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, Turkey, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Middle-east or Ireland, however they offer no geopolitical or economic value to the Foundational Black / Anglo-Black / Anglo-Moor American community. I grant permission to the U.S. State Department, Marco Rubio and President Donald Trump to immediately ban or severely restrict all African immigration, including student, tourist, business visas, asylum seekers and refugees. Permit me an opportunity to make the case. In the meantime, @FrederickDelk has written the definitive instructional. Dr. Claude Anderson has provided the insights on the economic structuring. We have brilliant minds in tech @derekla777 who can overlay our system with an AI x blockchain grid that requires nothing outside of our infrastructure. We will build on top of the ruins in the American Blackbelt—where our ancestors cultivated the lands. I’m starting in Selma. All my people—on both sides worked these lands.
