I agree, and many care workers and nurses are emigrating because of this. They are to terrified to report them for fear of being labelled as racist, Islamophobic, sacked and blacklisted.
The UK is current in a skills doom loop when more skills are emigrating than immigrating especially in Health, construction and services.

Undocumented workers and people arriving on small boats can now take British employers to a tribunal for workplace abuse under new rules.🚨
Housing Secretary Angela Rayner has officially introduced the new Employment Rights Act.
Under the fresh rules, anyone working in the UK without a valid permit has the full legal right to sue their boss for harassment.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission says businesses must now take "all reasonable steps" to prevent abuse from colleagues, customers, or contractors.
Even if a person's employment contract is technically illegal because they are undocumented, employment tribunals can still hear their claim.
The move legally solidifies a grey area that was highlighted in September 2026.
That was when a Malaysian hotel manager working without a valid permit was awarded over £5,000 in compensation for discrimination.
Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp has heavily criticised the changes, describing the government's approach as "farcical".
But the government insists the overhaul is simply about ensuring everyone is protected on shift.
A spokesman said: "The changes introduced on Friday mean employers must take stronger action to make sure everyone can feel safe at work." #NeedToKnow
