Trump and Lutnick pushed South Korea to fund Project Star in Texas—6.47 GW—still has no verified final air-permit approval.
Other major Texas projects face similar hurdles:
• Chevron/Microsoft’s Kilby: 2.67 GW, major air permits pending.
• Nexus Hubbard: multi-GW expansion permit pending.
$FRMI already has ~6 GW approved. Existing permits matter.

Hi! Regarding the $FRMI / @FermiAmerica deal with @tensorwave - the revised October 31 closing extension was largely about finalizing an investment grade guaranty. $AMD subsequently signed a credit support agreement with $FRMI, which by any objective measure, is a significant *positive* development.
Are we (me included) fearing the worse and assuming the deal collapsed simply because no "successful closing" announcement has materialized? Might we have been erroneous in believing (or expecting) an announcement like this?
Something that I've kinda been overlooking:
Successfully closing an already announced lease doesn't automatically require a new SEC filing. It's not even really clear thast NASDAQ or the LSE would require that granularity given it's an alredy announced lease. By constrast... *terminating* a material agreement (like the one that is in place between $FRMI and TensorWave) most likely *would* trigger disclosure obligations.
In other words, silence isn't necessarily bearish.
The nature and scope of the Phase 1 project financing remains the key unknown. A new material financing agreement *could* trigger its own disclosure requirements, although the lease's financing condition could already be satisfied or waived.
I'm not claiming the $FRMI / TensorWave deal definitively closed. But given $AMD's involvement and *no* reported termination, my base case is that the TensorWave agreement remains intact! 😀

Mega bullish divergence on the 4-hour chart for $ORCL.
This looks like it could be setting up for a face-ripper rally soon. I'd say just about everyone has been washed out of this name at this point.
From a long-term perspective, these are honestly very attractive accumulation levels as well.

Oracle has taken a beating recently. Mizuho says it can more than double from here 🚨
The bank reiterated its outperform rating on Oracle. It also repeated its $320 price target on shares, which implies 164% upside from Monday’s close.
“ORCL shares, trading at multi-year lows, reflects one of the most attractive risk/reward profiles in our coverage,” analyst Siti Panigrahi said Tuesday in a note to clients. “Shares trade … [at a discount] to every comparable infrastructure peer despite above-peer growth, even as execution strengthens across capacity conversion, [remaining performance obligation] quality, and financing visibility.”

I don't think $ORCL can continue to go down while $NBIS goes up 3% today and another 3% AH (on known news). Either $ORCL reverts to the mean or $NBIS comes down further. Per the recent BoA estimates released this morning - $NBIS debt load is to grow through 2028 (the furthest year modeled), with negative FCF of ($13.2b) in 2028. Either the AI trade implodes and so do most of the neoclouds, or $ORCL re-rates. I don't see a different scenario.

The post claims Larry Ellison deliberately over-leveraged Oracle with debt tied to its huge OpenAI cloud deal. If Sam Altman/OpenAI can't make the massive payments, Larry could convert obligations into equity in OpenAI (like warrants Microsoft/Amazon have used in big tech deals).
Reality check: Oracle signed a ~$300B multi-year contract for OpenAI to buy cloud compute starting ~2027. Oracle is front-loading tens of billions in debt/equity raises to build data centers. OpenAI pays over time as usage ramps (~$60B/yr at scale).
It's a high-risk bet on OpenAI's growth. Oracle's debt has ballooned and stock faced pressure. The "intentional debt-to-OpenAI-equity conversion" angle is unconfirmed speculation, not a disclosed plan. Primarily a big customer contract with execution and payment risks for both sides.

$ASTI I believe once SpaceX IPO filing is made public (probably in 2-3 weeks) we will see Musk and his team talk a lot about data centers in space and a lunar base. Both of those topics will hit heavy on generating solar from space.
There's only one pure-play for solar in space that I'm aware of. And that is Ascent Solar.
