A memorable Diwali milestone! 🪔 Invested ₹30K today into a stock to officially push my portfolio over the line for my very first major goal..
There is no better feeling than starting the festive season with a personal win.

Dear Girls,
When a man genuinely cares about you, you labelled him obsessive, but when a random guy flirts with you inappropriately or crosses boundaries, you become quiet.
Set boundaries where they're actually needed

Home Diaries | The Family Photograph
By six in the evening, our house looked ready for Diwali.
The marigold garlands were up.
The diyas were lined up.
The laddus had already suffered mysterious losses.
Dad had finally persuaded the fairy lights to cooperate.
Mom smelled faintly of cardamom, ghee and mild exhaustion.
Then Nani announced:
“Sab log idhar aao. Jaldi se. Photo lenge.”
A silence fell.
Because every Indian family knows that a “jaldi family photo” is neither jaldi nor, for several minutes, a family.
Pihu disappeared to fix her hair.
Guddu objected to standing in front.
Mama quickly swallowed the laddu he was holding.
Chachi began straightening everyone’s clothes.
Dad set the timer and sprinted into position.
Toffee, our puppy, chose that exact moment to inspect the rangoli.
First photo: Dad missing.
Second: Mama blinking.
Third: Pihu looking elsewhere.
Fourth: Toffee’s tail occupied most of the frame.
By the fifth attempt, everyone had stopped trying to look good.
Someone laughed.
Mom leaned against Dad.
Nani was still scolding Toffee.
Guddu was stealing a sweet.
And the camera clicked.
Years later, when cupboards had changed, houses had changed, and some chairs around the Diwali table had become empty, that was the photograph everyone asked for.
Not the neat one.
Not the posed one.
The crooked one.
The one where nobody was ready.
Perhaps because life rarely waits for us to be ready either.
The photo was terrible.
No one deleted it. ❤️

What if you could lose weight, feel more energetic and see visible changes without starving yourself?
Sonal Mundhra started following a personalised diet plan two months ago, focusing on making her everyday eating more practical and sustainable.
And the changes have been encouraging.
In just two months, she has lost around 4 kg, noticed inch loss, and seen a reduction in facial puffiness. She has also noticed an improvement in her skin pigmentation and feels much more energetic throughout the day.
What makes this journey special is that she achieved this without starving herself or following an extreme diet.
Because sustainable weight management isn't about eating less at any cost. It's about giving your body the nourishment it needs while building habits you can maintain.
Thank you, Sonal, for trusting me with your health journey. Here's to continuing to feel healthier, stronger and more energetic!

Don’t cry”

is not only an author & political expert, but also a brilliant scientist.
This time he & his team of researchers have discovered a
a drug more potent against SARS virus than Remdesivir.
The molecule is still in preclinical stage. Hope that it reaches clinical trials soon.
Well done Sir 🙏

There is literally nothing you need to change about yourself, other than your realization of how perfect you are right now, and how this current version of you is perfectly worthy of what he or she wants, and perfectly capable of having it, right now. 💖

Festivals are also the days when some of us miss our deceased parents, regret the relationships that ended badly, remember the friendships that turned sour and look back at loss or grief.
It is okay to feel what you feel.
Everyone need not feel "happy" when the society demands.
