If Garcia plays 2B, Volpe will be the one to play against LHP
Axisa on Garcia
"García being passable at second or third base would make the roster work so much better, though Aaron Boone’s response to questions about García moving around – “We’ll see” has been the go-to answer – suggests it’s not in the plans"
I disagree I think they might give him reps at 2b or 3b
What in the fuck is this. Interviewing players who are playing mid game?
“It didn’t feel too good, but it feel a little better knowing I made the catch”
Chandler Simpson talks with @Ken_Rosenthal after his spectacular catch in the top of the 2nd
I agree Judge will fight to play RF. But he’s about to be 35, he missed the whole season from a dive, he would
have missed time in 2020 because of a dive the yr before, missed time in ‘23 because of a wall. A Judge injury tanks the offense. Next few years is stretching it.
Replying to @BarstoolHubbs
That day is far away. It’s not going to influence the next few years. There are more pressing issues for that spot.

No matter if the Brewers or TB wins, 8 years out of 10 since 2017 the WS champion finished with either the 1st or 2nd best record in their respective league (AL or NL) #crapshoot
Hell yes.
The Yankees and pitching coach Matt Blake have agreed on a three-year extension. @Joelsherman1 reported yesterday the sides were moving toward a deal
lol declining defense, before 2025 Grish had 3 straight years of OPS’s in the .600’s. Do I think he can be better than he was last year? Sure. Is he the 800+ OPS guy he was in 2025? Highly doubt it. He also was never a high OBP guy in his career. They won’t regret it.
Like I said earlier this week….This is why these pressers mean SHIT.
actions>words.
What Hal said following every season since 2020:
2020:
“Our offense—just inconsistent at playing up to their potential, to me. … You couldn’t tell which offense was going to show up.”
2021:
“The majority of the responsibility, whether it's the responsibility of inconsistent offense or bad baserunning, etc., that responsibility lies with the players.”
2022:
“Aaron Boone wasn’t responsible for our offense, the slide they experienced the last couple months of the season rolling into the postseason.”
2023:
“We did not get where we needed to be with run production—it was probably our biggest problem.”
2024:
“We did not play a clean World Series."
2025:
“This Toronto series was on the players. It’s on the players’ shoulders, period. They didn’t hit."
2026:
“The majority of the responsibility … lies with the position players and the inability to score on a consistent basis.”
