Really excited to see this piece out in @EducationNext. Web-scraped job postings are a great and timely data source to quantify demand for and difficulty in hiring different teachers over time; e.g., almost a quarter of special education posts in WA remain open for over 8 weeks.
Here's a thought piece (by me, Grace, @RoddyTheobald, and Maia) about using web scraping to get real time (or close to it) data about the state of the educator labor market.
