🎗️Missing Summer Wells' father Don has been arrested once again — as her whereabouts remain unknown more than five years after she was last seen at her family's home in Tennessee.
Hawkins County Jail records show Don Wells was booked into custody at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday and was scheduled for arraignment at 9 a.m. Wednesday on domestic assault charges.
Neither a spokesperson for the Wells family or the sheriff's office immediately responded to requests for comment.

NEW IMAGE RELEASED IN 52-YEAR-OLD MISSING CHILD CASE
Joseph Hurtado was just 20 months old when he disappeared from El Paso, Texas. More than five decades later, his family is still searching for answers.
Now, NCMEC and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office are releasing a new age-progressed image showing what Joseph may look like today at age 53.
Joseph’s younger sister, Marie, was born years after he disappeared but has spent decades searching for the brother she never had the chance to know.
“Our family has spent years searching for answers, but we have never lost hope,” Marie said. “We love and miss our brother more than words can express, and we will continue searching for him for as long as it takes. We’re asking the public to take one more look at his case and share any information you may have. Even the smallest detail could be the one that changes everything.”
Joseph disappeared Sept. 9, 1974, while playing outside his grandmother’s home. Despite extensive searches, he was never found.
At the time, Joseph had club feet and wore brown orthopedic shoes. He also had a birthmark near his right kidney.

🎗️Five years after Gabby Petito was killed by her fiance, the foundation her parents and stepparents set up to honor her name is leaving its mark in their crusade against domestic violence.
The Gabby Petito Foundation has lobbied for lethality assessment laws in multiple states, and her parents have been touring the country raising awareness, training first responders and helping other families of missing persons spread their own message.
"Five years ago, we never imagined we'd be where we are now," her mother, Nichole Schmidt, tells Fox News Digital. "We had no idea what we were doing."
Now, however, her family has become "very loud advocates."

Janney, who won the Emmy for outstanding supporting actress in a drama series for her role in "The Diplomat" at the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards on Monday, spoke about Nancy while talking with reporters backstage.
"I was so touched to see her do that," Savannah later said on "Today."
"Thank you, Allison Janney, for remembering us and giving me an opportunity to renew that call. We just want our mom home to give her a proper goodbye. That’s all."
