The reason I’ve been so quiet is because I took a trip down to Georgia to see @CoachAeshia5!
The focus for our sessions was to build power and get comfortable with being uncomfortable 💪🏾
Be on the lookout for more 👀

Here are a couple of videos from my lesson this past week! The angle isn’t the best for my curveball, so it’s a little hard to see, but we worked on my curve, rise, and change, along with doing some drills to improve my whip! @FlyerSoftball @CoachBuffUD @NKUNorseSB @MegPlesko9 @coachmeghans @WMUSoftball @marleewilson @Coach_Mogan @ToledoSoftball @Pitt_SB @ButlerSoftball @OhioBobcatSB @OhioStateSB @Coach2K_OSU @BeaverSoftball @IndianaSB @UKsoftball @MiamiOH_SB

At hitting lessons this week I worked on:
1. Fully loading and keeping separation
2. Staying explosive with my hips throughout the whole swing
