Hamilton wrote in Federalist 70 that energy in the Executive is essential to the steady administration of the laws. Without it, even good laws become meaningless.
During the Biden years, Americans paid the price when that basic duty was ignored and illegal aliens were prioritized over citizens’ safety.
DHS is now doing exactly what the Founders intended the Executive branch to do by enforcing the laws Congress passed.
If activist judges and sanctuary cities stopped obstructing law enforcement, the system would actually function the way the Founders designed it.

California admitted they do nothing to check the citizenship status of voters and will count the illegal ballots of noncitizens who vote. This is why we’re seeking an emergency order. We cannot allow California to dilute legal votes in the upcoming election.

Democrat Politicians, NGOs and judges have placed millions of illegals on food stamps.
NEW: ICE sources confirm to @FoxNews that they've arrested two more illegal aliens in the state of Ohio who have allegedly illegally been using federal SNAP benefits. They include FATOUMATA NIANG, a Mauritanian illegal alien who has had a final deportation order since 8/1/2006 and entered the country illegally as a gotaway. ICE arrested her in Cleveland, OH.
Also arrested was MAXIME PHARILIEN, a Haitian illegal alien w/ a final deportation order since March 2023 who was previously caught and released at the border in El Paso, TX by the Biden administration in May 2021. ICE arrested by ICE in Westerville, OH. He has also held permanent residency status in both Brazil and Mexico before illegally entering the US.
